I had a barber, just before Trump was elected she put a big Trump sign up in her shop. The minute I saw it I turned on my heel and I've never been in her shop since. You want me to be arrested for that?

If he thinks that flying a trump flag will help his business - or if he wants to fly it even though it may drive some customers away - more power to him. If she wants to publicise the fact that he’s flying it and encourage people not to frequent his establishment, she can.

I teach chemistry at a university. I have a feeling that you'd be only too happy to destroy my livelihood, should I decide to hang a Biden flag on my office door. You'd celebrate, if I was "cancelled" for doing so.

I don't do that, though. The guy from the pizza place, however, DID fly the Trump flag (not at home, which would have made a difference, but at his restaurant), knowing full well that many who don't adore Trump see this as a sign of divisiveness. It basically tells people: If you like Trump, you are welcome, if you don't like Trump, you are not. He made his own bed by his decisions, so he shouldn't be surprised if people react to it and take their business elsewhere.

 

She’s nuts but not doing anything illegal.

Kaepernick wasn't cancelled he just wasn't picked up by another team. He'd probably do fine now.
