I don't worship anybody... that's what separates the men from the Trump base

He's right here however... a fake "cure" for a Trump disease...

Did President Trump enact laws by EO? No, he simply worked within the powers of the Executive Branch to force the Democrat's hands. Let's not forget that Pelosi and Schumer was claiming that the DNC would meet the President halfway, but when they met, the DNC was not willing to compromise much. The two biggest sticking points was the $600 a week extra for Unemployment, and the bailout of state and local governments that had mismanaged their budgets for years. Why do the Democrats what to us a Coronavirus Stimulus law to bail out the NYC and Chicago Pension funds? The DNC is pushing for nearly $1 Trillion for these bailouts. The President has offered about $100 Billion to help in safely reopening schools.

I find that number, $600 a week, for unemployment interesting. This is noting but using the backdoor to push for a $15.00 Minimum Wage. If you take $15.00 times a 40 hour work week you get a base pay of $600. That is something that the DNC has been pushing for nearly a decade. The DNC is banking on the fact that if you give people a $600 a week, then they will not accept jobs making less the $15.00 per hour. That would mean that they would have to raise the national Minimum Wage in order to get people off the couch and go back to work. What really would have happened is that UI would end, and pull the couch out from under them. President Trump, on the other hand, has pulled the rug out from under the Democrats. The DNC has been saying that they would meet the GOP halfway. So, President Trump has done exactly that. The GOP was offering $200 in addition to state benefits. That is actually double what the DNC had in the 2008 Stimulus bill. The President then split the difference between what the GOP wanted and what the DNC wanted.

In the end, what the President has done is clear a couple of road blocks that the DNC was putting up. Now, they can move forward with the rest of the Stimulus package. Otherwise, the DNC will get slaughtered in the elections in November.

The money that is being used for Unemployment Insurance has already been allocated.

The DNC supporters started bowing to the Obama Commemorative Plates in 2008. The religion has grown from there. :roflol:

The PR stunt that Dirty Donnie signed isn't worth the toilet paper it is printed on without funding. The Republicans, and the Republicans alone, stopped the relief bill.

Why do Republicans hate the middle class and poor people ?

Did you raise this much hell when Obama did it or did act as an apologist for it? I have an idea. If they don't like it then sue Trump. Wait, if they do that they screw themselves. They had their chance. They gave ultimatums rather than negotiating and he shoved it down their throats. That is why I voted for the guy.

The problem is how does one determine whether or not the POTUS gets to do at his own beckoning. Just because their is a health crisis, is far too vague to legally accept.

That said, and speaking of inconsistency, Trump is doing another 180 and now seems to take this virus seriously. And that goes double to all his sheep. :)

You realize that guy shot his validity in the ass don't ya? Do you search for the biggest partisan hack failure to use as a reference? It's funny that you even tried to pass him off as a Nobel Prize winner. Hell, they gave "never can use enough drones" Obama a Nobel Peace Prize. The Nobel means nothing anymore. HuffPo and Krugman in one post. LOLOL.

Paul Krugman: Always Wrong, Never in Doubt
February 11: Paul Krugman expects a global recession this year, warns “we don’t have an effective response.”

August 1: “Why Was Trumponomics a Flop?”

August 15: “From Trump Boom to Trump Gloom”

September 5: “Trumpism Is Bad for Business”

October 3: “Here Comes the Trump Slump”

October 24: “The Day the Trump Boom Died”

A couple of weeks after the Trump Boom expired, CNBC reported that “October job creation comes in at 128,000, easily topping estimates even with GM auto strike.” This cycle has been going on for three years.

(My favorite Trump-era Krugmanism, though, is when the esteemed economist explains away his bad predictions by claiming that the economy’s successes are really just driven by instances of his own political preferences playing out — “Impeaching Trump Is Good for the Economy,” “The Economics of Donald J. Keynes,” and so on.)

You really want to enable future Presidents the power to just hand out money before each election?

Your post says that you put partisanship ahead of defending the Constitution.

If you can live with not caring about the Constitution, I can’t really help you. Or have a discussion with anyone who hates America that much.

Trump outmaneuvered the Dems and that's why Nancy's voice is so hoarse right now.

Please provide us the posts where you spoke out against Obama enacted DACA by Executive Order. Or when Obama raised EPA standards by Executive Order. Didn't complain about it? Then it is you that are putting political partisanship ahead of the Constitution. The President cleared every action with the White House legal department before signing them into law. None these four EO's enacted any new laws.

So, you need to look into the mirror before posting.

I wasn’t on this board at that time. I didn’t really follow it. But DACA didn’t give money out or make any substantive rules about tax - things that are expressly reserved to Congress.
These EOs do touch on those subjects.

But since you raised the issue of intellectual consistency - if you defend trump’s EOs, perhaps you could guide me to some of your posts defending the constitutional validity of DACA.
