The Tony Timpa case was horrible as well, but the body cams were the only thing available and they came out well after his death. Ignoring those facts show a closed mind, and so does trying to throw shade on other posters.

 

Nope. He was killed by the actions of the officers.

In my community we tend to not get heart broken over the plight of criminals. My parents taught me you play stupid games you win stupid prizes. Can't feel sorry for the guy especially knowing he has a history of assaulting pregnant women. If you want to turn the guy into a saint go ahead and try, but I don't glorify criminals or make them martyrs to my community

So would I. I cringed when I first saw the video and was outraged myself. Then the rest of the video comes out and it's Rodney King all over again. They play only the part that stirs an emotional reaction first, then once the damage is done, only then does the rest of the footage showing how the person brought it on themselves comes out.

I live in a rural community. We love our cops around here and we trust them to do their job. We don't idolize criminals. Most white people who get killed by cops are fringe right wing groups or criminal junkies nobody wants to associate with. And there are more white people who get killed by cops and you hardly hear about it. That's why most rural Americans have a hard time getting on the BLM train of hating cops and supporting criminals who don't comply with the police. It's just not the way our community is and we don't understand why we should support it. Yet an innocent young boy is murdered for no good reason and progressives can't seem to muster up an ounce of moral outrage for the criminal activity that led to his death. Saying the justice system worked so they should be fine. I wonder if they would feel the same if they were on the receiving end of such a nonchalant response to such a horrible event.

Did not examine the entire heart but ruled his pre existing heart condition and being on Meth did not contribute to it.. Dont you find that a tad strange?

If he was following the law why was he fired?

 

Not really. Both the family and official coroner ruled it a homicide due to the police restraints used. He didn't die of a blockage in an artery or drugs in his system.

 

Strange then why could he "not breath" before and after he was put in the cruiser well before the restraint?
