Actually it will only be a short term win. Think about if they end up winning the Senate and biden wins.

13 judges so 4 he will confirm or they could decide to just go ahead and add Puerto Rico and dc as states thats 6 4 more senate seats and 6 electoral votes for dems. Afterwards put back the 60 vote or actually be 61 or 62 with 2 new states and put in a provision whrre it can only be changed by a super majority.

There are plenty of things getting tossed around i think the senate should wait i personally dont want even more dirty politics they need to quit with their squabbling and start compromisinv to get things done unfortunately i believe for that to happen a bunch of senators like moscow mitch and chuck Schumer need kicked the hell out of the senate.

Why should McConnel have held a hearing for Garland? It would not have been beneficial for his constituents or the Republican party. Democrats have nothing to complain about, especially after the blue wave, right? This whole scenario is easy to fix, just win elections...
