Biden indicates he won't release list of possible Supreme Court nominees

it’s not illegal to file your tax returns...trumps tax returns are wirh the agencies that require them. they aren’t hidden

nothing in his 1040 would help decide the sort of pollices or judges he would appoint. Biden is clearly hiding who he’s pick. why? well i think we know...he would be picking inexperienced radical judges

 

It is more likely that things in trump’s tax returns would influence voters, than a list of potential SCOTUS candidates that Biden publishes.

I don’t recall any other presidential candidates putting out a list like this before the election. Or ever. Vacancies came up and nominations were made. That’s it.

Biden’s reasons for not putting out a list (as if he needed any reasons) are perfectly legitimate.

No someone under oath said he is over and under listing his properties that is illegal. It is not something you see by just the returns also. Add to that trump claims that he is a billionaire but that seems to be a lie
Another thing taxes would say where his investments and a president coukd easily sway deals his way which is why ppl always show their returns when running.

He could choose some/all of the same people already on Trump's list. A move like that would make it look like he doesn't want to politicize the SC, and doesn't want to judge shop for liberal activists, and wants judges who will follow the law and not attempt to legislate from the bench. That would certainly be an unexpected move from such a politicized Dem candidate!

I don't like the politicization of the SC anyhow. We don't need liberal activist judges who want to to legislate from the bench; we need judges set on supporting the Constitution and following the law.

Illegal tax returns............desperation at it's finest. So the IRS audits and determines if correct or not and penalizes if not. Trump has been audited since before the election, which has been confirmed. Trump has a huge Accounting firm that handles all his multistate and international account. Your state and local government assesses the value of properties based on their guidelines. please just stop with the leftie madness and get back to the Supreme Court nominee that Biden is scared to release, wonder why?

 

Sorry but life goes on. If the Democrats hadn't been so confident Hillary was going to win they would have asked Ginsburg to step down and let Obama pick a judge. Big mistake. Republicans have no obligation to respect Ginsburg's wishes if in fact she really did have dying wish of waiting until after the elections before her seat is filled. your tax returns aren’t gonna show that either we don’t pay federal property taxes. The State values the property via their own apprisial for property taxes. The guy that said that is convicted felon for lying

a 1040 isn’t going to show his total wealth. you can review his investments via his publicly release fin disclosures

If he goes moderate, that could help move the needle on independent voters. If he goes progressive left, that absolutely could dissuade the independent vote. And keeping it secret, also could dissuade the independent vote.

Oh, but wait, though. It's got to wait until after the election, so Trump doesn't get credit! I knew there was a reason. If they were illegal, the IRS would already have a case open on him, and perhaps even have arrested him long before 2016. They can't release his returns w/o a subpoena, but rest assured they have them.

 

It makes sense that Biden's handlers do not want to put out a list. The list would include the most radical Judicial Activists that they could find. The Trump Campaign would then use that to influence the moderate Democrats and Independents that Biden could not be trusted with the responsibility.

 

Where it is agzinst the law is his taxes and what he tells banks.

He doesn't tell his back what his tax rate is....I am not sure if you own Real Estate or not, but the State sends out an apprsier to determine value...likewise so does a lender...they don't go by what you tell them it's worth...moreover.....Real Estate, usually and typically is sold for more then the tax value....if it's nto you should have sold much sooner.

the DOJ got their pound of flesh from Cohen for his illegal acts and immoral behavior.....the only people wasting time on him now are the Dems are are looking for sound bites....he has no real credibilty...he now wants us to believe his daughter was molested by Trump for years and he keep quiet....

 

To be honest with you, I also think that Trump was pandering. Gender and skin tone should flat out NOT be taken into consideration, period. It's as if he has suddenly become a typical Dem Party politician in that regard.

 

It would only make sense for Biden to release a potential list if trump committed to leaving the seat open until after Jan 20. Then voters could make a decision based on competing lists.
