You can hate Trump all day long, but Biden is a puppet for a shadow government. The greatest threat this nation has ever seen! Yes, I just said that!

 

In light of the death of RGB, who he would nominate to the Bench, and if he'd pack the Court, are legit and very important questions....what is he hiding? Why is he not being transparent with the American people on these critical and important duties that a President would have?

I am left having to assume that he won't do this because he does not want to alienate the more moderate independent voters out there.....we are left with Sanders saying that Biden if elected will be the most leftist President and history, and we know his pick for VP was voted in 2019 the most leftist Senator....so the evidence supports that conclusion.

 

I can't believe Dems still haven't learned from Trump: lie your ass off and then do whatever you want once you're in office.

I sincerely hope that, if Biden wins, the Dems don't expand the SCOTUS. That seems to be the one line the Republicans won't cross right now. If Dems add two seats, Republicans will add a dozen the next time they're in charge. But Biden and Harris need to accept that you can't fight a liar on the national level with truth. Just say the right things, no matter what you actually plan to do if you win. It works for the Trump party, it will work doubly-well for the Dems if they just keep their stories straight.

 

The Dems said all summer that it was peaceful protests, that's lying.

 

Biden is right avoid it. Why give trump a spark either way? Piss off libs or moderates, neither is a good choice.
But he should definitely consider it. Why wouldn’t he? I was skeptical on this idea, but I’m warming to it fast. I don’t see a reason not to at this point.

 

If they don’t expand the court then they need to make Puerto Rico a state. If they do neither they may never get another justice appointed again. How long before republicans say in year 1 that they should wait, and the court will work fine with 8?

 

Making Puerto Rico a state would be fine. If they take the senate and keep the house, though, they could make a bunch of voter changes that would help, too. Anything they can do to combat gerrymandering and voter suppression would go a long way.

If Republicans control the senate and do say that the court works fine with 8, and they decide to only hold hearings on appointments when a Republican is in the White House, it doesn't matter if you expand the court or not since the Republicans won't hold hearings anyway. You could make it 101 seats and Republicans would just refuse to vote on any candidates.

 

I could give you several reasons, but probably none that will overcome your obvious lust for power.

 

The only reason he wouldn't automatically just say NO was because they are already talking about doing it.

 

Translation.. The R's haven't stacked the courts their way yet. If they do, Joe will have no choice but to add 3 non-Neanderthal seats to the SCOTUS..... Or he'll be impeached and removed by his own party

 

I have to agree with you....hiding, and not being transparent at this point is the only chance Biden has to win.

 

I’m talking about a scenario where they take the senate. They can’t hold it long term with the current set up, so they need to use that time they do have it, to do something that’ll actually help long term. Either Puerto Rico or stack the court.

 

I’m open minded on this, I very recently thought it was a mistake.

 

He should just make up things like trump does. New tax cut next week! New healthcare plan in 2 weeks!

 

If the House maintains D....he might get impeached for that...but certainly woudn't be convicted, because like the Dems hoax impeachment against Trump...that's not an impeachable offense......or an offense at all.

What did Trump make up? All his judges have come off the list he has provided to the public.

He certainly would love tax cuts and a workable and legal healthcare law...but...sadly, that also depends on Congress, and we have nothing but obstructionist with the current House....and the Senate Dems. That's the same reason we haven't got a second relief package for the Chinese Virus

The house already passed a relief package. Senate busy vowing to vote for a nominee they don’t know yet.
And what trump made up, was a fake tax cut, just like he did in 2018, and just like he made up a fake healthcare bill a month ago.

 

Because republicans will just do it also when they take power. But who cares? They’ve already locked up the court, it doesn’t get worse by being more locked up.
