Honestly, if Democrats win the election, there isn't going to be appetite for this kind of thing. They will be relieved that Trump is out, they might pursue legal action against him, and then they are going to move onto to their progressive agenda, in my opinion. There are lots of other things that they will worry about first, in my opinion. But let's see. It is a likely scenario that Biden is president and the Republicans get their seat. I expect Biden to want to work on less controversial issues that help his side of the line.
