    How long until the conspiracies start? I fully anticipate cries of "he got Clintoned" from the Qanon folks and "he's just trying to avoid the next debates" from the extreme left.

    I hope he drops out of the race soon. This is going to go a long way to convincing him that his own bullshit is not determining reality which to me is what he must be thinking.

    This might be a good time for prosecutors in NY to offer him the resignation=no prosecution deal which is common among lower level pols

    maybe, maybe not, all I know is he did not say that, he just said he would not wish anything on him (good or bad)

    this should bring attention to all the people in America that have this disease, and those that have died from it

    has Trump ever wished them a speedy recovery or talked about those loses? maybe it's time for him to start....

    remember how this changed Boris Johnson's view of the virus, will it do the same for Trump

    I doubt Trump will be up for it. My longest term and best mate got the thing from Chuck and that Prince from Monaco a couple of months ago, and while he recovered, it knocked the schit out of him for weeks.

    I’m sticking with the most likely reason, that Hope caught it and passed it on to the Trumps while flying with them on Air Force One.

    Countless other folk are asymptomatic though. I had it a year ago for about a week. Everybody handles viruses differently.

    I'd say he has at least a 90% chance of recovery, even with two unfavorable conditions (age, obesity). Probably better than that because he'll get top medical care. If he has other undisclosed conditions such as hypertension and diabetes then the prognosis gets a bit worse.

    Currently the confirmed case-fatality rate in the United States sits at 3% for all ages combined.

    In Spain the age group 70-79 had a 3.4% death rate but men that age had about 5%.

    Adding obesity this is a bit worse.

    I'd say that 6% is fair in his case, so you are correct. He probably has a 94% chance of recovery.
