I don't know if there is enough in GA. Even if they win it I can't see winning it by more that a couple thousand, which would be vulnerable to Trump's team of lawyers. PA has a greater chance and could be a wider margin in the end.
By "fail to overturn the verdict", I mean the outcome of the election - ie: whoever ends up with the higher vote total in given states after all the counting is done. As for an investigation, what do you mean by "dismissed without an investigation"? The plaintiff has to make a case and bring evidence. It is not upon the judiciary to perform an investigation. Do you mean that if the case gets dismissed due to lack of evidence or lack of grounds? Do you mean that various law enforcement agencies should conduct an investigation into voter fraud? Or do you believe judges should order the accused to prove they their innocence? There's going to be a lot of lawsuits, and a lot of dismissal. For example, a case got dismissed in Michigan just today: https://www.freep.com/story/news/po...it-ballot-counting-case-dismissed/6173871002/ Another one in Georgia today: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...ion-georgia-lawsuit-voter-fraud-b1621163.html Maybe some move forward. You are more than welcome to read the details of each. But there are going to be a lot of lawsuits that get dismissed too if there isn't adequate evidence.
As soon as unrequested Mail In Ballots went out, the integrity of the election was compromised. Democrats did this 100%. There was absolutely ZERO reason to send out ballots to people that did not request them.
Why would you think the evidence would just pop out the night of the election or even the next day. We have a lot of irregularities which will have to be looked into and we don't have much time because I am sure a Presdient Biden will try to shut them down just as with the criminal investigation into his family.
So, Trump gave his take on the election. He claims, in his OWN words: -HISTORIC minority turnout for a GOP candidate, most minorities in 60 years!!! -Lost NOT ONE seat in the House. -WON many Democrat House seats. -MASSIVE red wave, there was supposed to be a blue wave. -MASSIVE victories in Ohio, Florida, and other states. -KEPT the Senate!!! They were supposed to lose the Senate, had twice as many seats to defend as the Democrats did. -4 million more GOP votes, largest turnout in history!! -MORE REPUBLICAN WOMEN elected to Congress then every before!! .......BUT THERE WAS MASSIVE FRAUD, MASSIVE DISINFRANCHISEMENT, MASSIVE FAKE BALLOTS, MASSIVE NUMBER OF LOST/STOLEN/DESTROYED REPUBLICAN BALLOTS????
Not zero. In fact in a pandemic, government might WANT to encourage people to vote by post. In any case is it unreasonable for government to assist voters TO vote, one way or the other?
People can REQUEST a ballot. Sending out unrequested ballots was begging for this bullcrap... and here we are. An election is only good if both sides can agree it was legitimate. If you cannot hold an election with that result, then the trust is broken and elections are meaningless... you end up a Banana Republic. Unrequested ballots corrupted the 2020 election. Only Democrats wanted it and that's never how it should go.
Why don’t you wait and see ? Just because Dirty Donnie has been obstructing justice and shutting down every criminal criminal investigation into him and his family doesn’t mean Joe will. After all Dirty Donnie the Superspreader was the one who claimed he had unlimited immunity for anything during his term of office.
Why not send out ballots, especially THIS year? Are you afraid it was too easy for Americans to vote?
James O'Keefe's Project Veritas has a delicious expose of voter fraud..... MORE HERE = https://generaldispatch.whatfinger....ain-voter-fraudin-mi-exposed-by-james-okeefe/
This election needs a complete do-over. Vote IN PERSON with ID. Period. This whole idea for mailing in ballots is what has caused this problem.
Yeah, how dare Democrats want citizens in our Country to vote safely during a global pandemic. The nerve!
they probably voted by mail just before stopping at the local restaurant for lunch and then going to Walmart.
