States with no people would produce no votes. People vote which drives the electoral votes of that state. It is not land that votes in elections, it's people. So there is no America without Americans.

I wouldn't jump the gun so fast. Both sides need to let the recounts and courts work through the progress. I would not concede the election but Trump needs to let Biden make arrangements in the event he loses. All ballots contested should be investigated and all voting machines that were from Dominion, which has ties to Pelosi and Feinstein, should be examined and decide if fraud was committed. At this point, no matter the outcome, the integrity of the process is tainted. We need to maybe come up with a constitutional amendment that sets a uniform standard of voter verification. All those who are guilty of fraud should be prosecuted by law. We the people lose when people try and steel our elections. Sadly we are on the verge of a Constitutional crisis. The very last thing I would want to see is a military involvement in the process.

 

Just for the hilarious comic, I would love to see Nancy in the Oval Office, even just for one week till Biden takes over.

Just the thought of The Pigs fan club having to watch that, Nancy President and Mitch puking.

The OP went a bit beyond jumping the gun. It proposes that the President has the authority to cancel the election, by decree, or what I suppose would be an Executive Order, and then invoking martial law.

I 100% agree that there should be a uniform standard in every state for federal elections and accountability. Under no circumstance should one state be allowed to count mail-in ballots post-marked by election day versus another state disallowing mail-in ballots not received by election day.

The integrity of the process has been tainted thanks in large part to the same deal the GOP made with this anti-Christ Trump back in 2016.
