    The Constitution has been the law of the land for the entirety of our nation's existence. When martial law violates the Constitution, it is unlawful. Not sure what you are having a hard time understanding.

    The US Constitution is hardly a document that requires much scholarship. It's quite brief actually, flawed from its inception and woefully inadequate to provide any meaningful guidance to the current form of our federal and state governments.

    You Sir, have offered an opinion that the President "should declare martial law and cancel the election" as a solution to your concern that "Our Democratic Republic is hanging by a thread and on the verge of becoming a banana republic if this sham election is allowed to stand."
