ACA lost control of congress. It was a big price the dems paid getting that passed. It still hurts them today, IMO. But, the Repubs, can't and likely won't overturn it. The USSC is not likely to overturn most of it.

Hate to break it to you but that is just what Dems want you to think. Dems have always been about identity. The whole history of the US shows that. During slavery days it was "blacks are animals that are good for nothing but working hard and whipped when disobeyed". During the Jim Crow era it was Democrats who still felt the same and initiated Jim Crow laws. And today it is Democrats who talk about groups and identities and call everyone under the sun that disagrees with them "racist"...another form of Identitarianism.
