Actually your wrong. Influenza deaths per year are around 200-350 thousand. Covid 19 this year (9 months) alone has killed 1.85 million. When we account for a full year os Covid, its will show that it is literally 10 times the death rate. But hey, you do you.....

Actually you are wrong.. the covid numbers have been pumped and the excess death numbers have stayed the same.. The CDC even changed the rules for counting flu deaths to pump up the covid #s... it appears to have a mortality rate in the range of 99.94% that's six people in 10,000. It is a man made hysteria to do just what it did... steal an election destroy the "little guy" so he can't speak out.

Its still there and there are some people who die from it but the annual number of flu related deaths are INCLUDED in the average number of deaths (previous 3 year rolling avg, iirc) which makes the closely tracked statistic "deaths above average" a fairly accurate picture of this particular virus' lethality.

Its your game. Los Angeles has strict lock downs and mandates. (Unless you are a politician) Cases are out of hand and ERs are turning ambulances away.

Firstly the flu has not disappeared but the spread has been significantly REDUCED by the use of masks, social distancing and sanitation.

The implementation of these measures has resulted in FEWER deaths from the flu.
