Their reporting seems consistent with my assessment of the shooting. Might be bias speaking, but I don’t see any issue with how they have reported on this shooting.

No, he point blank shot her in the neck. Which could only be justified if a) he thought he was cornered, or b) he received orders to hold that position.

But after carefully watching it is clear that the decision had been made: shoot the first one through and hope that stops them.

I'm with you up until the part where the legislators review the Dominion software. Yes, they have a DUTY to review and audit the election, as do Congress and the FBI, but not BEFORE or during the certification of the electors' votes. The Constitution doesn't give them an option, they SHALL certify them. It's not like the section on laws, in which the founders included the provision that if not signed by such and such time, then this happens. It doesn't provide any option here.

There is still a remedy to stolen elections. You just have to prove exactly where the law was broken, hold them accountable legally, and then fill the vacancy legally.

Knee jerk, my bad, we're making the same argument I think. No, I do not believe what happened was an insurrection.

Ok. I've read around about that woman. She was an Air Force veteran [Ashli Babbitt ... at least this is what I've found on the net] and a supporter of AQ [whatever it is: we don't know it in Italy]. Are you suggesting that the police in Capital Hill received the order to kill AQ supporters in case they recognized one of them?
The woman was in a group of demonstrators. And someone hit her in the neck. [Why to shoot so high? Why not at the legs? And why to hit that woman among all the others? ... I wonder ...].

    The legs?...
How exactly was she to be shot in the legs??
You said you read up on her, but have you read up on what she was doing when she got shot???...

You know ... you aim to the legs ... you move the weapon a bit downwards. It's not difficult and the effect on the mass of the demonstrators is the same: they will withdraw.

About what she was doing, in Italy we have seen a video from a perspective which didn't show what was in front of her. You hear the shot and you see the woman falling and then she bleeds.

But if there wasn't something bulletproof between her and the guy [or gal] who decided to kill her [he or she decided to aim to the neck], there was the possibility to aim to the legs.

Then ... if there was something bulletproof the fact that he [or her] aimed to the neck is equivalent to a voluntary murder. To frighten demonstrators you don't need to kill one of them ...

Nice try. Unfortunately all that you have done is read the page title's from the Google results page, without actually going into them and reading them. Let's go through them shall we.

    Result #1:

    https://ksltv.com/438597/black-lives-matter-utah/?jwsource=cl

This is the local BLM Utah chapter. She begins by saying the right stuff, but then she says:

"You can replace a building,” she added, “but you can’t replace George Floyd’s life, or Patrick Harmon or Darian Hunt.”

This seems like a justification of the destruction of buildings to me! This girl seems inconsistent. I wouldn't be surprised if secretly she likes the violence and destruction, and if she was public about it, she would be perfectly consistent with the majority of the BLM movement which doesn't even MILDLY condemn the violence and destruction like this girl has. Some people would want her kicked out of the movement for saying what she said and she didn't even say that much. Anyway, at least she condemned it, even if she doesn't believe it. I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, but the above quote does give me some doubt I have to say.

    Result #2:

    https://katu.com/news/local/portland-black-lives-matter-groups-speak-out-against-violence

This was about people speaking out against violence in black communities, not against rioting and looting happening in the post-George Floyd protests. The only person who was quoted talking about "violence" wasn't even a BLM guy, but rather he was from a group called "MAD PDX."

    Result #3:

    https://www.13newsnow.com/article/n...duct/291-195de63c-e885-4fd1-ae18-d4b442f60113

This is a local BLM chapter called Black Lives Matter 757. The guy says:

"We would like to let the world know that we were in no way, shape, or form involved in any type of violence or misconduct that took place last night or any nights here in the 757,” said Jones.

If it’s not coming directly from the @BLM757 page -- Black Lives Matter 757 page on Facebook, @blm757 Twitter and Instagram -- then it's not us. We would like to work with the community and give other individuals a voice we have to do it together,” he said.

As you can see, there is no condemnation in that.

Even if all three of these were highly convincing condemnation, these are all examples of either local BLM chapters or other local groups which have their own way of doing things. Why hasn't BLM NATIONAL condemned it even ONCE? That's what I meant. This requires condemnation from the TOP!

No, not even them. They weren't armed. Had they been overthrowing the government I would think at least some of them would have brought guns. Or matches? That was their really pissed off constituents trying to be heard.

Why aren't they asking the same kind of questions that they did with Michael Brown? For the media, this shooting is 100% clear cut and totally justified, even before an investigation has been completed. Brown was killed after he assaulted a police officer and tried to take his gun. As Matt Walsh says, "there's no rational argument that would make Brown's killing wrong, but Babbitt's killing right."

To much time on their hands most likely. Again, they started before Trump. BLM started under Obama.
