So Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene indicated support for executing prominent Democrats in 2018 and 2019 before running for Congress. I mean, dems got their hard lefties, like the squad, but the extreme right are advocating killing people and Qanon conspiracy theories, etc., so when it comes to wacko, the right has got the left beat in congress. Now I'm talkin' congress, so am I wrong? I don't think so.

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene repeatedly indicated support for executing prominent Democratic politicians in 2018 and 2019 before being elected to Congress, a CNN KFile review of hundreds of posts and comments from Greene's Facebook page shows.

Greene, who represents Georgia's 14th Congressional District, frequently posted far-right extremist and debunked conspiracy theories on her page, including the baseless QAnon conspiracy which casts former President Donald Trump in an imagined battle against a sinister cabal of Democrats and celebrities who abuse children.

In one post, from January 2019, Greene liked a comment that said "a bullet to the head would be quicker" to remove House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. In other posts, Greene liked comments about executing FBI agents who, in her eyes, were part of the "deep state" working against Trump.

 

These Qanon folks are absolutely nuts. How they got elected is beyond my imagination.

She is a terrorist.

 

She needs to be removed from office immediately. She is a danger to those around her. She will either eventually commit a crime herself, or allow others to do so.

And if it can be shown that she provided any material aid what so ever to the MAGA thugs who stormed the capital building, she should go to jail.

 

She can be removed from the House by a 2/3rds vote of the House. There should be a vote to do so and let's see who votes to keep her.

 

Today's GOP (err Trump party) rather censures the moderates (see Cheney and Flake in Arkansas). The QAnon and MAGA extremists get a free pass.

Actually, there are "rules" for thinking...it's called logic and education. Most of those who wrote and signed the Constitution (prior to ratification by the people) were well educated attorneys.

 

So...she "liked" a comment? Big deal. When I opened this thread, I expected to see her expelling on actually assassinating someone. I bet she's not the first one to impulsively "like" a comment. Stop the drama.
