Well, yes, he did so voluntarily. No one forced him.

 

To me it wasn't so much the decision to put them in nursing homes as it was covering up the number of cases in them to knowingly give people a false sense that they were safer than they were. I recognize that with medicare only covering so many days in the hospital, many of these people needed to go somewhere. That, however, prevented others from making informed choices in other situations where there may have been some other option for say rehab patients and the like that might have had a short-term work around to keep those patients safe with more in-home care or someone taking a leave of absence from work to keep them in a private residence for awhile longer.

He only did it because he was going to be impeached and he knew it. And in NY as soon as the House approves the impeachment the Governor is suspended from office and the Lt. Governor takes over, and he has to immediately vacate the Governor's Mansion.

 

He had no decency but when he learned that he would definitely be impeached by a majority of democrats, he stepped down.

Trump sent him the Hospital ship and only had it removed due to Cuomo not using it.
Trump constructed thousands of beds for those ill due to CV19. The reason you forgot it has to do with the WAPO and NY Times of not making an issue of this.

 

Hell Democrats will impress me when they do to Cuomo as they did to Trump. Try to impeach him even after leaving office.

 

He should never have resigned. He should have made the jackals throw him out. It sickens me that elites can take out a politician this easily. This is not the rule of law.
