Harris dropped out of the 2020 primaries in DECEMBER of 2019. So it is not really shocking that she didn't do well in the primaries. Would be surprised if her name even appeared on most ballots.
Kind of like saying that Rand Paul and Mike Huckabee are despides by republicans because they got 1 delegate each compared to 1441 for Trump in the 2016 primaries. And they ran up until the month of March 2016. Ben Carson got all of 9 delegates out of 2472.
