Thats what you said .. not me.. You were the one who thought "black vs white" paradigm was about race ... and I agree this was bong hit worthy.

    1) Not left wing - and my arguments against the left are way better than yours .. voted Trump last Election
    2) Why are you trolling me - are you butthurt from previous conversation - what was it that triggered you perhaps we can work it out together
    3) Your comment has nothing to do with the topic or my comment on the topic - did you have anything other than name-calling ?

    You OK ? :)

I posted a few pictures .. and so what if it is a tourist .. try walking around Afghanistan like that today and see what happens.

The other pic's posted were Afghani's who indeed used to wear normal clothes - which was the point.

Was longer than 30 years ago - Afghan war started 1979 so more like 50 years ago - and cultural dress of Afghanistan has been around for centuries.

Your obvious attempt to avoid answering without insult or deflection failed.

America has much to be proud of. You simply do not understand. When soldiers fight valiantly and win battles, they are a source of pride to everyone. When some politician in an Armani suit that wouldn't wouldn't know a FEBA from a FUBAR surrenders to the Taliban... THAT is a source of shame. But that's not the military's fault. The military does what the civilians tell them to do. We never lost a battle in Viet Nam. We fought valiantly and bravely. But the politicians surrendered. That detracts nothing from the professionalism and honor of the military.

I didn't ask you a favor. I asked where you are from. I didn't ask you for a ticket to get there.

This is not about how easy you can walk. This is about you putting up a picture of normal Afghans wearing traditional Muslim clothes back in the day like they still do today, as in what the Taliban also wears.

Traditional Afghan muslim clothes are normal clothes for Afghans.
    /facedesk

And you had the balls to call it not normal.
    tss tss

And ended 10 years later. So in 50 years, they had 30 years of warfare against violent super powers who wanted to change their ways.
It took one 9/11 attack to make the entire US population a heck of a lot more racist towards any Muslim for being Muslim.
Go figure how things shape after 30 years of warfare in 50 years and what their perception probably is.

I do recall that they kicked out the UK, a super power back in the day, as well ... and probably multiple times.
It's a whole theme there to not be subjected to foreign norms and values.

It's not as if the US is eager to have Muslim immigrants and their norms and values in their country.
Thing is... unlike the US, most of them don't show up with big weapons and drones.

You add nothing besides personal attacks. You wanting personal info, is asking a favor.... for the sake of making more personal attacks.
It's all your good for. So bye bye

I'm from New York. I don't think telling you that is any big deal but you seem to think its some sort of gift. Well... go ahead and cherish it if you wish.

Yes, political analysis is generally drivel from the opposing side.

It could have been worse. We got lucky. The administration made every step in the wrong direction. There could have been thousands killed, not just a couple dozen.

The atomic bombs were dropped on military targets.

Hardly peaceful. The targets were important military centers.

    Yes they were.

    No it wasn't.

There is nothing shameful about wartime strikes against military targets.

It doesn't matter if they were going to surrender. Before the atomic bombs were dropped, Japan had not surrendered.

Had they surrendered by that point, then the atomic bombs would never have been dropped.

We did target military bases and assets.

I mean more exclusively military assets, not a city that includes military assets.

That said, I do think it was justifiable.

I get tired of liberals claiming everything is racial. A lib can't have a reasonable discussion about chicken soup without dragging race into it. Its ridiculous.

Agreed .. So why are you going on and on about race - in a conversation about monopoly's .. and then complaining about liberals who go on and on about race and can't stay on topic.

Does that not define projection ?
