Yes. Look at the DATE... both articles are from 2012.... almost ten years ago. Heck, Apache went from concept to flight in SIX years. As the reality of CHAMP matured, the publicity diminished. But its obvious to even the most casual observer that something that was fully functional almost TEN YEARS AGO is up and running now. In have worked in defense for almost fifty years. Let me assure you, CHAMP is deployed... we even gave it to the Israelis.

 

That fact indicates that it IS NOT "up and running".

 

EMP technology is mature and ready to go. Whether we decided to make a weapon using this technology (other than nukes of course) is another matter.

How can you bomb a city for 78 days and cause only minimal damage? A little common sense here. According to Yugoslavian sources 2 thousand civilians were killed, and three Chinese when we bombed their embassy. We even bombed their TV station, I mean how dare they broadcast the news?

But according to Bill Clinton, that was a successful war since no American lives were lost. I guess politics supersedes morality and plain decency. As for the Serbs killed? Well their lives are inconsequential, they can't vote here.

This was the first time that we went against international law and the UN, and since we ignored Russia's objections - and probably China's as well, Putin realized that our unipolarity turned us into a rogue state so he began rebuilding Russia's military.

In addition to our bombing of Belgrade, the Croatians who were armed and trained in Germany, ethnically cleansed about 200 thousand Serbs. Later on, the Albanian KLA terrorists in Kosovo did the same to 250 thousand Serbs with the help of our bombs. So thanks to Bill Clinton and his propaganda network CNN, almost a half a million Serbs were ethnically cleansed from their historic homeland.

 

You can't have a peaceful Yugoslavia if you have a strong Serbia.

I don't think there was a political system which prevented any country from starting a war. Countries with capitalist system were in war, with communist system were at war, with feudal or religion system were at war too. The problem is not a system, the problem are people. Gullible people will believe anything what a smart salesman will tell them. The last example - people who believe in American Constitution violently broke into the Capitol Hill in order to coronate a dictator. And America is a democratic country without any censorship with great democratic tradition. We are doomed.
