How does an FBI domestic terrorist task force get assembled when you don't have a single arrest for terrorism?

It has everything to do with it. It you watched the DOJ oversight hearing (OP Link) you would know that Garland called for a task force based on the now retracted NSBA letter that called parents domestic terrorists. Before commenting on a thread maybe at least read the OP.
