    Things trump did that were conservative


    He tried to get Paul Ryan to cut spending. Ryan refused.
    He tried to enforce the rule of law, especially at the border.
    He tried and mostly succeeded in renegotiating trade agreements hostile to the US
    He believed and pursued peace through strength
    He pulled troops deployed just to help Zionism reconquer the promised land = no US national interest
    He ordered the DOJ to prosecute all the top crimes covered up by W and O, but never appointed an honest patriotic American as AG and hence that was not achieved


    Trump would barely qualify as conservative. He never showed a true zeal for cutting back government to empower individuals.

    I would put trump in the middle, a moderate....
