Prior to 2020, Georgia NEVER HAD ANY DROP BOXES, EVER. They were ONLY a condition of the Pandemic. Instead of getting rid of all ballot boxes, (Which is their right) GA decided to keep them but they will be supervised. Why would that be a problem again?
