If an individual is the owner of their own body then they can consent to put it in danger.

Yes Trump says idiotic things and appeals to racists too, we all know that, even his supporters.

But it's not a contest where only the worst deserves condemnation. Some of the Democrats, most notably Maxine Waters and Ilhan Omar, have said equally stupid things without a peep from the Democrats.

Both parties ignore the slime in their own parties because they're so focused on the slime in the other party.

 

I disagree. Maxine waters is a hateful and violence cheering woman. She has many quotes that stoked the fires of riots. This guy wasn’t cheering riots and looters or anyone actually committing crimes like Maxine waters did.

Cheney doesn't speak for the GOP in Wyoming...I don't agree with this sentiment of the Wyoming legislature, either, but this type of sentiment to try to cancel speech you don't agree with seems to be prevalent throughout American society right now.

This guy/whistleblower from Arizona is trying to uncover the deal using taxpayer monies made between the Biden Administration and some progressives to pass the first infrastructure bill. It is completely appropriate for any Congressional Representative to hint, joke, meme etc using imagery that other consider to have violence in it even if that includes another legislator.

Everything is a two way street. Make is 2022 and Democrats declaring that anyone who supports X is consenting to violence in the streets and there won't be a single Democrat on a single committee.

In the meantime consider the reality of this. If someone posts for example the astronaut with a gun meme, they aren't calling for the death of the first astronaut, they are noting how it represents some sort of awaking or deception or revealing a hard truth. It isn't literal violence being called for and to suggest it is just reveals stupidity.

 

If AOC is eating the townspeople, I don't think violence would be unacceptable or illegal.

 

Perhaps like millions of other Americans, I woke up this morning to find out that a member of the U. S. House of Representatives has been rebuked, censured, and thrown out of his committee assignments over a cartoon that he didn't even make...(?)

Now, will someone PLEASE provide us all a link so that we, too, can actually see this horrific, earth-shaking cartoon that has provoked such a bug-eyed reaction in the hyperliberal Left that currently owns and controls the House of Reps!

 

Hard to take a position on anime you haven't seen. Sounds like it was probably in poor taste but I'd like to see the actual video to see what all the ballyhoo is about before I decide.
