Having read it, I would say a lawyer wrote it. That is really strange because a lawyer would understand the illegality of such an order. Maybe he wanted to do that. If he did, somebody rightly talked him out of it. It could be nonsense as well. I'll take it as a typical partisan attack. Since nothing happened then it isn't very important.

in December its reported that Trump had a meeting with Powell and Michael Flynn about instituting limited martial law and seizing voting machines in OH, GA, AZ, PA, WI and NV.

Roger Stone called for this action, as did Lin Wood.

So he just thought about it. He's not in power now, the jackass in the white house presently is. While the calamity at the hands of the present leadership is at play, said leadership is ignorant of the current crisis.

I simply asked a simple question to get further information that you cannot or will not answer. Who reported this meeting? Did this person participate in the meeting? Are they credible? If you are going make a claim, providing some supporting facts or post it in the opinion section of PF.

We have a tradition in America that people are innocent until proven guilty. A wild claim without facts is a conspiracy theory.
