I think MTG is a 100% idiot. But the voters of her district should be the ones who decide whether she returns to congress or not. Not some outside Democratic party opposition groups trying to determine the choice of candidates able to run in her district. Only the voters of her district should be able to determine who runs and who they elect. Idiot or not, it's their choice, not mine or anyone else's who resides outside of her district. This was the correct ruling in my opinion.

Nope. But tell us more about how awesome Q is and how we need to watch out for Jewish space lasers. Or keep supporting a maniac who literally told a violent mob that we couldn't allow a peaceful transition of power. I didn't vote for Biden, but looks like a stable genius compared to the lunatic you are defending. Good luck scrambling for your excuses. Or maybe you'll pull an MTG and not be able to recall why you support her.

He's not. Trump has a history of switching parties 7 times. Each time he adopted the political philosophy of the party he belonged to at the time. He has no political ideology of his own. Those who follow Trump aren't conservatives, they're following a man, not a political philosophy or idea. They wouldn't know conservatism if it hit them in the face. The GOP was once the party of conservative ideals, not they just became the party of Trump minus the conservative ideals and philosophy they once followed and tried to advance. Now all they want to do is advance a man, not an ideology.

It was the correct ruling because Greene hasn't been convicted of a crime.

You're letting support for the man, the individual over ride conservative ideals or what was conservatism pre-Trump. Now it is just support for a person, not an idea or political philosophy.

Goldwater was a traditional conservative, I was a big supporter of his. Although too young to vote. You had to be 21 back then. There's a ton of difference between a traditional conservative and today's, neo-conservatives, religious conservative or social conservatives, fiscal conservative or any other type of conservatism today.

Trump has more in common with Goldwater than any other Republican candidate, or president since Reagan, maybe even since Goldwater himself.

Come to think of it, your social and religious conservatives didn’t exist back then. Goldwater himself told Reagan to get those damn religious idiots out of the party or they’ll destroy it. The 2nd tenet of a tradition conservative is small government, keeping government out of a citizen’s private business and lives. It seems those who call themselves religious or social conservatives want to use the power of government to force their believes on the rest of us.

Abortion wasn’t an issue during most of Goldwater’s time. Now he did say in reference to gays in the military, “You don’t have to be straight to shoot straight.” As for marriage, I’m sure he would have said something akin to, let love decide, not government. Abortion also, let it up to the woman, not government. Those views are all part of a small government or keeping government out of a citizen’s private business and life.

Goldwater was once known as the father of modern-day conservatism. But today’s so-called conservatives call him a libertarian. Many won’t admit he was a conservative. Mainly because Goldwater’s conservatism is a completely different animal to what is called conservative today.

Yet neither of them have ranted about Jewish space lasers and they tried to help prevent the maniacs that tried to overturn our elections. Greene, meanwhile, is a raving lunatic who is one of the people who was stopped in her attempt to overturn our elections.

Unlike Jewish space lasers and stolen US presidential elections, white supremacists actually exist. I grew up around them.

So, you think Goldwater would go along with partial birth and post birth abortions?

It was conservatism. Once upon a time, there was more to conservatism than just taking a knee to Trump's commands.

Greene suggested some of our wildfires may have been caused by Rothschild space lasers. Maybe research the woman if you are going to defend her?
