This happened in Tucson. Groomers are almost everywhere now it seems. If you're a parent, I'd strongly encourage you to consider pulling your children from public school.

 

There really is something going on with the sudden infestation of groomers, it’s ridiculous. It could be argued they were there all along but are now emboldened to act because being gay or the wrong gender is all the rage these days.

The article said the school had nothing to do with the drag event. So my question is, how do school kids learn about drag queens and why would they think it’s cool? And there is no way I’m believing the school had nothing to do with this. Would the school allow them to have a Nazi event or a black face dance?

As for the woman, what can I say? She knew what she was doing was wrong and now she has to pay the piper. She was allowed to resign rather than being fired. She can tell her next employer she left this job for personal reasons rather than being fired for committing a crime. In LA and NYC there’s a good chance she would still be employed for a long time.

 

I've been watching these dating videos on youtube(for my own personal humor) and a lot of this is because alot of women(or what they're called 'modern women') these days are chasing Chad, and can't get Chad to commit so now the most alluring 'toy' is the forbidden tryst between themselves and an energetic student LOL. It's kinda sad actually.

 

All of you are misusing the word "groomer". Can't you at least TRY to Google it and educate yourself so you have some clue how reckless it is to keep throwing it around this way?

In this particular case, we're discussing a teacher who was organizing a drag show for the high school, and subsequently got busted for sexual misconduct with a minor. I'm curious why you think the label "groomer" would not apply to her.

The sensationalism here is the "drag queen" thing. However, considering that inappropriate relationships happen frequently whether the adult is a female and the student is a male or he adult is a male and the student is a female, has been ongoing for over 3 decades in the public. And yet, this suprised you Ditka? Or does it really matter in the long run whether a drag queen contest or a regular old beauty pagent contest was going on?

 

I'm not speaking for the OP but your assessment is generally how he rolls. I have tried but he is not interested in actually **discussing** issues and considering other points of view. It's never about anything more than that. Just keep stoking the fire to complain about the heat with no intention of entertaining any ideas on how to put it out. They run in packs and send out dog whistles to validate each other and it's always the same formula.

I guess all the Math teachers who've had sex with students were using Algebra to groom kids.

 

Probably also organized the Christmas pantomime and Thanks giving shows. I'm not sure how drag shows and pantomimes are related to sex between a teacher and student

I’ll agree that teachers, both men and women, have relationships with their students. I’ll even admit to wishing I was one of the male students because some of the women teachers are fine.

What we have here is a woman who dyes her hair red, probably to make her more hip with the boys, help organize a drag party. It make more sense that she used her assistance with organizing the party to groom a kid than not, after all, she did have sex with him. She could not have sex the kid without grooming him first.

Let me repeat that:

Unless the student hit on the teacher and she accepted, the student and teacher never would have had a relationship unless she groomed him. Got that, Butkus?

Again, what has that got to do with drag acts? Are you saying that the male student was involved in drag shows? There is nothing sexy about drag shows

what if she organized a hetero themed dance, would that look bad on all hetero's, would she be grooming them - same thing - how many children have sex after a school dance? grooming them?

this was a case of a predatory teacher... they come in all shapes, sizes and genders, hetero and homo

"Sexy" is in the eye of the beholder. This teachers inappropriate conduct was not the the result of a sudden change in view. We know how she viewed 15 year-olds during the drag show.

I would not use the word "sexy" to describe them either (and I admit I've never sat and watched an entire drag show from start to finish), but I can say that 100% of the snippets I've seen have been overtly sexual (and I've caught enough that I'm sure it's at least a common element in many drag shows).

 

I find your optimism quite refreshing: that you believe there will still be enough of a semblance of rule of law that they will need to take that step when they start *further* mainstreaming / normalizing child molestation.
