Because you obviously don't understand the math concept of the "common denominator".

There are no dots that connect to justify that statement.

How many peace officers are there in Chicago? Think it through.

The US has proved that peace officers can not keep the peace in any of our crime ridden urban hell holes.

You know, if you wanted to make a logical argument you would say that you would get rid of your guns when you can have your own security detail. The way you put it really doesn't make sense.

And your solution is the Wild West. Sure, what could go wrong.

Tyranny: cruel, unreasonable, or arbitrary use of power or control. That operation was the definition of tyranny.

Ok, good point. Is the government going to provide me with my own security detail? If so, I'll surrender my guns the day they arrive at my home. Fair enough?

School bombings require a nutjob. How can guns be the most common denominator?

Right. The best course of action would obviously be to surrender your firearms, be a good little sheeple and report to the Superdome as people were Instructed. lol

    https://nypost.com/2005/09/02/nightmare-of-robbery-filth-death-rape-in-superdome/

Twenty-five thousand miserable people – many of whom lost their homes to Hurricane Katrina – hunkered down with little food and little water, overflowing toilets, stifling heat and the unbearable stench of human waste.

Children slept in pools of urine. Crack vials littered the bathrooms. Bloodstains smeared the walls near vending machines that had been pried open. Gunfire has ricocheted down the corridors.

There were two reports of rape, one involving a child. Three people died – one a distraught man who jumped to his death, saying he had nothing left to live for.

“This is a nuthouse,” said April Thomas, 42, there with her 11 children. “You have to fend people off constantly. You have to fight for your life. I wake up in the morning, and the first thing I say is: ‘Where are my babies? Is everyone here?’ ”

The dome’s water supply gave out Wednesday, and toilets began to overflow, filling the cavernous stadium with a nauseating smell.

“There is feces on the walls,” said Bryan ****rt, 43. “There is feces all over the place.”

Report to the Superdome, wearing your mask, to get vaccinated and don't ask questions.

There would be peace on the streets.

The "Wild West" was for the most part a creation of Hollywood. People generally did not need to carry guns.

“The Wild West: A time when outlaws roamed the plains, every sheriff was a sure shot and gun battles filled makeshift cemeteries with the innocent and guilty alike.

Except that it wasn't. As it turns out, this exciting period in American history wasn't as rife with murderous debauchery as Western movies and pulpy novels would have us believe.

During a 15-year period in the late 1880s, there was an average of only three murders a year in Abilene, Caldwell, Dodge City, Ellsworth and Wichita — the five Kansas cities that served as significant railroad stops. This was far lower than murder rates in the eastern cities of New York, Baltimore or Boston at the time. (The city with the most murders of the five was Dodge City, which had 17 over nine years, less than two murders per year.)”

Well it has been negotiated in my State -- we are now a sanctuary State with respect to any of these proposed Federal guns confiscations. We learned something from the libs establishing sanctuary cities.

Clearly shooters are going for soft targets and little to no security! One would think it logical, from frequency that schools need more reliable protection from specialist.. Hell, I have no children, so take the tax I pay and every other taxpayer that don't have children's tax's and put it towards professional security..

How about a moat? And 100 foot stone or brick walls? Sentries on top?
And then your pimple faced gun nutter can just snipe them, or mow them down outside.
So we harden these areas too.
In the end our killer will just have to go to the local mall, or cinema complex - and we start hardening these areas too.

In Australia we just banned automatics and semi-automatics. Worked a treat
THERE ARE MORE GUNS IN AUSTRALIA THAN EVER BEFORE, BUT NO MASS KILLINGS.

... and no private armies keeping us safe.

If China had America's gun culture I calculate (population 1.4 billion population times USA annual shootings 117,000)
there would be nearly half a million people shot per year in China.

Sure, whatever it takes to deny the murderer access to the school. It's all about keeping the kids safe. Right?

You can even drive them fast and drunk on your private roads.

Why does anyone need to hide their possessing firearms?

Why have rabid gunsters become so averse to the sensible safety measures supported by most American?
