There already is gun legislation, in fact there is a law already on the books in every state that protects everybody from gun violence. But that is irrelevant, you're making the argument that the government failed to protect us and calling on more protection from the same failed government.. very illogical on your part
Right, coke isn't nearly as dangerous, and its purpose is to get you high, not kill someone. How does a printed gun do that? So? You'll be in jail before you make your costs back.
Sure, first you go from denying you ever said it to then saying it was taken out of context. The state with the most mass shootings isn't the topic. We're focusing on the police response in this case and the reasons behind it.
Presumably you knew by being told. Or was the spanking in morse code and you deciphered your wrongdoing that way.
Yet you forgot to mention out of those illusionary 212 mass shootings, 105 of those had no fatalities and 85 had one fatality totaling 190 of them. Thats how much the left exaggerates these days.
So what your telling me is, you were so unaware of your own existence that you didn't know the difference between right and wrong. I'm sure that carries on into adult life That explains a lot
Yet every time I have asked you to provide my quote what you claimed I said, you have failed to do so every time Go figure
Careful. It's a dangerous path to navigate when searching for the final solution to the violence question. People rationalize doing some crazy stuff in the service of what they believe to be for the good of the group.
They did that. 230 & 1/2 years ago. Most of what they're drawing up these days doesn't make a while lot of sense at all. Hasn't dented these stats you keep tossing out anyway.
I think the spike in 2020-21 is temporary and was due to Covid impact. Other than that crime (including gun crime) has been in steady decline since 1990s and even with the Covid spike we are still well below the 1990s numbers.
If the Brady campaign provides good data, there would have been 16761 shootings this year so, yes, 212 is minuscule. Chicago has more than by itself.
For some it's cheaper than being healthy. But then it's not about the cost you have to pay. It's about the one you're trying to avoid. Also, You asked why people would legitimately produce their own firearms because firearms can't get you high? Wut? People produce their own firearms because the government will shoot rubber bullets at them if they try to protect their own property during a riot over police brutality. It's your job to protect yourself and your loved ones from all the nonsense the world has to throw at you. You want to contract that responsibility out to someone else, cool, but you don't get to force other people to do that too. They're going to want to provide for their own safety and security rather than trust you (and the rules you want to make) to take care of them.
What you're telling me is that in your experience you found out what was wrong by some kind of random striking. if you had to associate that strike with something else, then presumably you were somehow told what is was. In the case of the child getting poor school feedback, they already knew it was poor before they got beaten didn't they? So what would be the purpose of the physical punishment?
Guns have lots of purposes. A lot of people have died due to coke. If you understood anything about the topic you brought up, printed guns, you'd know. Why bring something up you know nothing about? No, I'm 100% certain I'll be one of many millionaires. Many, many millionaires.
Besides killing things and shooting targets what is a gun's purpose? Far more people have died from guns than coke. I still don't know how you record the barrel indentations from a printed gun. Can you tell me that? If you're planning on doing it off printed guns you'll be in jail too.
I rely upon police to protect me from rampant criminals just like I rely upon the Army to protect me from Vladimir Putin
