Administration costs have increased but facility amenities and lower state funding have been identified as two of the most common reasons. There is also a ton more administrative costs now than there was previously.

The reason costs have exploded is because these universities are for profit and do everything to extract as much from the student as possible instead of being a public service like they are in other nations.

Gas prices are considerably higher in places with high taxes. If liberals destroyed their gas sector with green energy and there was little demand, it would actually drive prices down.

 

The global market sets gas prices, so even if you flooded the market with American gas, it would still be subject to global market conditions. Inflation is global. It’s a mixture of war and Covid, and supply chain issues. As far as stimulus goes, Trump and Biden both poured money into the economy.
