Could it truly be classified as a 'work product' however? I would understand treaties, secrets such as the nuclear codes, etc. But let's say for example(again, this is an example, neither you or I know anything, nor am I claiming to know anything) that Trump took among other things, the presidential logs. I argue the logs aren't really work products, they're just a recording of the people who came in/out or who met with Trump in general.

To me, there's no lawful distinction(and certainly not prior to the 1978 law) between the Presidential notes and so-called "personal notes". The argument of the DOJ's, if it were to prevail in court should signify to the people that The "President" is a placeholder(I mean I already suspected this at the start of Obama's 2nd term, but this would just confirm it.) Essentially a political puppet and we can call ourselves a democracy all we want, but if we have political figureheads then we can't say we truly have the representation we want.

 

On what basis do you assert that, concerning whatever it is that this 'raid' was based on? What do you know that the rest of we mere plebs don't know?

I didn't think Trump had a strong chance of being elected until this raid. This is so over the top that I think it greatly increases his national stature. As much as Americans love law enforcement with integrity, we hate lawless thugs in authority much much more. This looks really bad for the FBI and DOJ.

he developed his defense mechanisms over many years , since a childhood with a critical father who demanded him to be what his father wanted. He has a void in him that needs to be constantly loved, admired and made to feel special A void that can never be filled. His rage is barely contained at times. There is not enough money, homes, and other material goods or power to fill this void.

He is not an intellectual, but is shred cunning, and manipulative............which are the skills of the "street" ie a defensive thug mentality.

it has to be in plain sight. if they are looking for documents and see a bloody tire iron in a file cabinet, it can be taken into evidence. if the same tire iron is in a tool box in the garage (where you might not expect to find documents) that would not be allowed.

None, not one of the official documents "disappeared" as there were copies of every single official text on the State's or other government servers.
