"A source close to the former president expressed concern that FBI agents or DOJ lawyers conducting the search could have “planted stuff” because they would not allow Trump’s attorneys inside the 128-room building to observe the operation, which lasted more than nine hours."

I'm shocked TFG's people would "believe" that *shaking head*

It's very simple. Biden's WH is claiming they were not informed in advance of the FBI's raid. That suggests that there's very little communication between the agencies under the authority of the POTUS. In other words, they act independently of the POTUS. If that's true under the Biden administration, then it follows it's also true under the Trump administration. In other words, the agencies had no interest in "getting" Hillary. Comey admitted as much.

You are mistaking Biden falling on his ass with kicking ass.

What did Biden actually do? He did not write and pass the bill. He did not actually kill a terrorist. He did not cause the gas prices to go down.

I'm sure you felt the same way with Michael Avenatti right?

ALL THE RIGHT HAS IS CONJECTOR BECAUSE THE DOJ DOESN''T AND SHOULDN'T GIVE DETAILS UNTIL EITHER CHARGES ARE FILED OR CASE CLOSED!

Hear anything on Mark Meadows? Steve Bannon? Peter Navarro?

Hillary? Oh right the one who cooperated, unlike the Orange Stain.

FBI looked at Hillary for over a year.

Comey's statement on Hillary, 11 days before an election, probably cost her the election

If they lied in the affidavit in obtaining the warrant it becomes invalid.

I agree; it should apply equally. The problem is that it is not, and used unequally for political purposes turns laws into weapons for people in power.
It also relates to harm- and al laws should have a relevance in that way, many do.

If no harm is present or probable, you have situation that could probably be resolved amicably. When you send in armed FBI and Secret service to pick up a few boxes of papers and refuse attorneys the right to observe and issue no receipts, you have changed the name of the game. Bad judgement on top of selective law- and that is the way to start a much bigger conflict.

The people want their nation to be orderly, safe. They want their government to be honest, fair, to be good stewards of their money, and they want them to be- trustworthy. They want them to remember that the government belongs to the people... not the other way around. The essence of the universal law known as Fiduciary Duty is that when you hold power over people or things belonging to other people, you are required to always act in the best interests of those people- and always be open and honest about those actions. That is what the American people have a right to expect- and are entitled to from their government, and everyone in it.

You make an organization of anything comprised of people function well by refusing to tolerate those who disrupt and abuse it. You draw a line where tolerance ends, and those who cross it suffer the consequences.

It's definitely uncharted territory, but there are some legal scholars that believe the Constitution would not prevent it because only impeachments and insurrection are mentioned as preventing a person from holding the office.

DOJ policy says no comments unless charged or cases closed

DOJ generally will not confirm the existence of or otherwise comment about ongoing investigations.

The person served warrant gets a copy. TFG's attorney said she has it. They could show it to us?

HIS people?! Let's see what HIS people actually provided the kangaroo court. No charges have been filed yet. You'd think HIS people would have delivered Trump to the DNC by now

True. But if they have been declassified they should be available, right?
I mean - dirty donny wouldn’t declassify sensitive documents just because he wanted to keep them, would he? He would only declassify them if they weren’t really sensitive. Right?

Biden sure is an ineffective leader if he's not able to do anything about inflation. Of course going after the fossil fuel industries, trying to shut them down, would have nothing to do with inflation. It's not his fault that prices for goods made from oil would be increased as a result of any regulations he enacted.

Why any POTUS declassified a document doesn't have to be explained. Most of it is done without any news about it.

I've got evidence that the FBI lied in the past in getting a warrant to go after members of Trump's inner circle.

[Thanks for your reasonnable and moderate reply.]

Yet, many people crave for the position, the power (there still is a lot of it for day-to-day decisions that affect millions of people), the glory, the prestige etc... at ANY cost.

But, given the constraints, I understand many people who could potentially be great civil servants, or maybe even President, are saying Thank you, but no, thank you.

BTW, isn't it good that Historians can, long after the events took place, refer to solid documents to shed light on them and explain how and why these events happened?

You can wish all you want, but until there are indictments, your wish list is mere chit that has zero merit.
