Probably because they don’t have one because they sealed it.

Did the DOJ announce the warranted search? Oh no that was TFG.

Why won't they release a copy of the warrant the FBI gave the attorney's? Their under no obligation to not release it, like his tax returns!

DOJ POLICY IS PRETTY CLEAR. You don't think they thought it through the shitshow TFG would pull after getting a warrant? From the party who claims to be law and order? lol

IT'S AN INVESTIGATION, let's see where it goes.

The guy who can't tell when another poster is using satire to make a point wrote this:

And, in a hilarious ironic twist, wrote this:

    Astonishing lack of self-awareness.

You should call the FBI and ask them so they can tell over the phone to piss off.

How in the Hell do you expect another poster to have the information. What a pointless post.

The FBI can request search warrants from judges to flush them out.

“For the department to pursue a search warrant at Mar-a-Lago tells me that the quantum and quality of the evidence they were reciting — in a search warrant and affidavit that an FBI agent swore to — was likely so pulverizing in its force as to eviscerate any notion that the search warrant and this investigation is politically motivated,” he said.

“Sooner or later, the Justice Department and Mr. Trump will have to clarify the substance of what has happened,” said Steven Aftergood, a longtime Federation of American Scientists advocate against government secrecy. “Then we will know, was there a real violation of the law or was this some kind of speculative adventure. As far as I can tell, the FBI is not prone to the kind of — to what members of Congress have called a banana republic-like invasion. That doesn’t happen, especially with a court order.”

While both the DOJ and FBI have been silent amid calls they further explain the context of the Mar-a-Lago search, they are not the only ones in possession of relevant information.

Trump is in perhaps the best position to reveal more details about what transpired on Monday. The former president has access to the full inventory of items that federal investigators were seeking as well as what was taken from his estate during the search. He or his lawyers were almost certainly presented with a copy of the search warrant executed at Mar-a-Lago — though not the underlying affidavit or other supplemental materials, which are usually kept confidential until charges are issued or a case is closed. In addition, Trump can speak to the nature of any potentially classified material that may have been the basis for the search and whether he took steps to declassify any of it as he left office.

“If people are calling for it to be made public, I believe that is within the power of Mr. Trump to do,” Aftergood said. “He could describe what was at stake and what the point of disagreement was. He doesn’t need to speculate.”

I think it's a stretch to claim that Biden knows anything....at all.

Does whoever's in charge really run anything by him?....I seriously doubt it.

Every now and then they trot him out to a podium with a piece of paper telling him exactly what to say and do and then he goes back to doing nothing.

Biden may not have known about the raid, but whoever is actually in charge most likely did....that's just common sense.

Oh, I'm highly-educated, my swinging and missing chum. In yet another ironic post, you've demonstrated an inability to know the difference. If your posts were ships, they'd sink like the Kursk from the weight of the irony.

The ironic part is that the DOJ is going to have trouble telling America what classified stuff was found in the T**** bunker, since it's freaking classified...

You can’t sue over the 4th amendment when they had a warrant

The things the FBI were able to convince a judge that there was probable cause that he had. If you want further details, consider why Trump isn't willing to provide you with those. The DOJ isn't in the habit of publicizing warrants, but Trump could show you the warrant any time he wants to. Why won't he?

So Trump should sue for what AN. He knowingly took the documents, refused to turn them back over to the government as is required by law, and now all the sudden its a fourth amendment violation ? C’mon AN.

He took docs that he was told not to take. The feds tried for over a year t get them back, Trump gave them the middle finger, so the feds did what they were required to do by law, and get them back.

Im utterly amazed at the right in this country on this one. They literally spent 4 years screaming on high about Hillary and her server full of potential classified information, and how she was literally a” traitor” who should be jailed. “Lock her up…..lock her up……lock her up”…..Cut to Trump who literally admitted he took classified information and the right thinks its government overreach ? Come on….seriously ?

Did anyone read the OP link?(I'm guessing no, probably not.). The idea that a warrant could mean a boundless search goes against the very amendment and the limited scope of rights that a warrant grants. It is intentional to prevent us from being 1954 East Germany. If they'd violated the premise of the warrants, Trump's lawyers should bring the matter to a court room.

Above all, I find it funny that Merrick Garland promised an independent DOJ, but targeted parents and called them terrorists. The ever villified Bill Barr for example didn't do that..

This raised an interesting question: If the Orange Compost is going to whine and cry over a legally issued search warrant and claim that it's political and invalid, why doesn't he share what was being sought in the search warrant, and why aren't his poorly-informed minions asking for that information?

Trump provided the NA with the 15 boxes. As with Clinton's mishandling of classified documents this in no way should make Trump ineligible to run for president in 2024. Only proof Trump was actively involved in the January 6 riot would do that and many believe that is really what the raid was about.

If they’re looking for documents, why wouldn’t they look anyplace a document could be?
