Nor can you convict a person of guilt without a trial! You've heard of the sixth amendment, right? You are innocent until proven guilty through a public trial. To arbitrarily say that a person is proven guilty without representation is just down right ludicrous and vastly unconstitutional. An indictment and trial determines guilt or innocence.
