Like searching for a needle in a haystack. I don't think the DOJ was able to use emails from Wikileaks in their conviction of Hillary. Thus, the rest of the world could see what she did but legally, couldn't use that against her.

As far as Trump is concerned, the Democrats are looking for anything, even the smallest note in any document to indict him on the smallest of charges not to put in jail or arrest him, but to reduce the chances he can run for office again. I hope they succeed as DeSantis is probably the best politician the right has hands down. As far as Biden is concerned, I am surprised he has gotten away with so much but after 40 years in public offices, he sure has way too many backers to allow him to get indicted.

 

I think my eyes in the VIDEO EVIDENCE as well as the young girl's admission is enough for the claim.

Trump has been fully cooperative, inviting the archivist to his residence to inspect all the documents he removed and promised to return those wrongly taken inadvertently. AFAIK he also told the DOJ ;precisely where the documents were stored. As opposed to Hillary who sledge hammered her phones, "bleach" cleaned her hard drives, and destroyed subpoenaed evidence. Try to relate some factual stuff rather than just making stuff up to bolster your arguments.

The FBI did, as you state, investigate Hillary for over a year. But they never interviewed the subject of their investigation (and then with her assistant and lawyer present) until two days before announcing there would be no indictments and a month after writing their no indictment statement. Comey had an ethical and a legal obligation to announce that his under oath testimony to congress turned out to be false

 

Since you didn't do that, I absolve you of trying to claim you did....

The DOJ lawyers participating in the raid openly and arrogantly telling the principals that they can search anywhere for anything they want. Now it is ;possible that is what the warrant said in which case the lawyers are off the hook but the judge who issued the warrant is on the hot seat.
