IOW, the DOJ/FBI has violated Trump's 4th amendment rights, and any evidence gathered may be ruled inadmissible. A stupid move if the object is to convict Trump of some crime.

I'm not sure that would hold up. A Judge has the discretion to seal a warrant and the affidavit if the requesting party can show good cause for it to be sealed. Until a served party is charged I don't think they're entitled to full disclosure of the supporting material by which they can then work on their defense. I might be wrong.
