There is a difference between serving them at a restaurant or hotel or selling them gas and tires or groceries, etc. and being expected to create expression or speech that is in disagreement with what they believe. These people didn’t refuse to sell gays a cake already in the bakery or flowers already arranged in the florists shop. They simply would not use their talent and expression to create something new for a specific purpose which violates their beliefs.

 

People are simply trying to live their lives according to their beliefs using the free exercise there of rights that they have, and are not in anyone’s face

Because the saved individuals within said denomination would not believe that unless they had been shown no other light on the issue. Those that had would be opposing that and trying to reform and failing that would create a more biblical branch of the denomination

I would never with hold regular food and beverages or general living needs from other sinners. I would not provide them with the specific tools needed to engage in a specific sin. I have no doubt that I have fed and given beverages to gay people or provided them with bedding and clothing. I never ask for the orientation of anyone I give charity to. I can provide for people and can support selling people daily items regardless of the situation. Still not the same as creating things for a celebration and party that is for something we know to be evil and wrong.
