So you have NO credible evidence AT ALL but we should believe without question because, get this, TRUMP says so. The Right is getting beyond BELIEF. Snake oil salesmen in Mark Twain novels are lots more believable and were at least entertaining
Then he sent them off to the RNC Or, wait, I know. Sweet GE HAY sus took those pictchers. How dare I stand against GOD HIMSELF (and his appointed and anointed representative on Earth, Donald John TRUMP I'm SATAN, that's it; SATAN HIMSELF HAS POSSESSED THIS BOARD
No it is not. You can waltz down to your local Court House and file some suit against anyone you like. Pay the filing fee and Bob's yer Uncle. Suit on. Suit loses, just like Humpty is always losing.
Warrants can be challenged. https://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/received-a-search-warrant-10-facts-you-3337954/#:~:text=While a federal search warrant cannot be overly, evidence that is relevant to the government’s investigation. Without the SM, we'll never know the full scope of what documents the warrant didn't authorize seizure of. There have been cases where search warrants were invalidated even though at the time the Judge issued them they were considered lawful. The FBI, for example, lied to the FISA court for a warrant. If not for the efforts of a government watchdog org. we might have never known about it.
No the bottom line is Trump should not have been in possession of those documents, period. !!!!! Any Joe off the street would already be in jail. Keep making excuses for the most traitorous man in the USA.
People should be praising Musk for what he's doing. At least those who love our country and democracy.
Well, apparently some of those that were seized clearly were because they were returned. The question is is how many didn't they return.
Well, that is yet to be determined. Assuming, for the sake of argument, that a POTUS declassified a document would you really care if he had it in his possession? What if he was to make a copy of it? Would you expect even the copy of a declassified document be turned over to the government? Why?
Evidently it's a question Trump's legal team is asking. Anyone who opposes excessive search and seizures should be asking it also.
Senile Joe has trouble following his cheat notes. It's doubtful he would know what documents needed to be reclassified. Besides, once declassified a document's distribution cannot be undone, so what would be the point?
