the liberal types acknowledge corruption just fine..this is why trump is facing 90+ indictments

Biden is NOT being punked by XI or Putin..that was trump

thanks to Biden , NATO is the currently united like never in history..

Sweden will be a new member any day now

and thanks to NATO, Ukraine will spank Russia all the way back to Moscow

left up to trump, the USA would be out of NATO

trump would have helped Putin take control of Ukraine

being semi retired since 2015 I have traveled to over 20 countries

Trump was the laughingstock of the world while in office...I was embarrassed by him many times

Especially when I was in France and watched Trump stand next to Putin and defend Putin over his own administration

EVERYBODY knows trump is nuckin futs

    except Qaloons and russian bots

    which are you??

But how did he overlook Stalin? Not to mention, Mao Zedong.

If Trump represents "any and all opposition," it begs several questions, like why Republicans have no competitive candidates, other than a dishonest, wannabe dictator.

Some people's ability to construct an alternate reality so unlike the truth is what I find mystifying.

Go ahead and explain where the corruption is, exactly, when every one of Mango Mussolini's indictments involved a great many investigators, witnesses, grand jurors, judges and other officials and fellow citizens.

Then explain why you would choose to side with a well-known fraudster who has already lost in court repeatedly before and since entering politics.

What part of 'you have no evidence' (on Joe Biden) do you not understand?
No, the only persons I see indicted are criminals. That they are republicans is an incidental fact.
But, criminal republicans is nothing new:

What is happening is the draining of the swamp.

    What is the swamp?

    Trump and his criminal gang.

Trump couldn't drain the swamp because he was the swamp, he's up to his ass in alligators now and we're going to drain the lot of them.

Only if he is not convicted. I don't know how a Georgia court, could monitor the "house arrest" of a man, who lives in Florida.

Show me evidence that implicates Joe Biden.
Compared to Trump, he's a saint. Trump released 5000 Taliban prisoners. hell, he invited the Taliban to Camp David.

They will reserve an entire wing for him, room for his SS buddies, and a nice, private cell for him.

Contesting (objecting to) the vote at the Joint Session of Congress isn't a crime.

But, when it's preplanned as a small part of a scheme to force a contingent election, it's part of a bloodless coup attempt.

What is a contingent election? That is when both parties do not have 270 electoral votes, then the vote goes the state delegations in the house, one vote per state, and Repubs know that they have a two state advantage

The plot was to remand the contested votes back to the states, where they know there isn't enough time to resolve the issues by Jan 20, inauguration day, (depriving Joe of 270) which would force a contingent election, which would keep Trump in power.
    '
That was the plan, and it failed. THat was the conspiracy.

When electoral votes are objected to at the joint session, and it occurs organically, that's legal, but not as part of a scheme to overturn the election.

    do you see the difference?

But, a number of republicans who participated in the scheme are not going to be indicted, only the 6 lawyers and Trump are going to be indicted.

So, they should count their lucky stars.

Heard the same weak bull crap when Nixon faced indictment. The country was just fine after we got rid of that dude and Trump's
    crimes are far worse.

The former President of the United States has been indicted.

Some of the evidence was committed in public view.

Such an indictment, will put the prosecutor on the world stage with the international spotlight burning down his or her ass.

IN this prosecution, the stakes are astronomical. Imagine the pressure they face. If they fail, it could destroy a career, and no matter what, the wrath of Trump's followers will be felt, death threats will be inevitable ( as they were for Raffensperger, Rusty Bowers, Shaye Moss and Ruby Frieman). .

Rest assured, no prosecutor is doing to indict without a ton of evidence against Trump, for that reason, alone.
    ;
Therefore, though in law one is innocent until proven guilty ,but in the court of public opinion, based on the above, having an opinion by a sideliner such as us, it really isn't that big of a stretch conclude there is sufficient evidence of his guilt, enough to have a reasonable opinion. .

Same for Spiro Agnew. Remember when they forced him to resign or be indicted for accepting bribes?

His fans hollered like crazy, but how soon they forgot him after he left.

When Trump goes, they'll forget about him.

There is a way, but it must be certified in the states by governor or state appointee (IE Raffensberger, Ga.) and their plot didn't include that littie tidbit. The rash of phone calls and Trump's meeting with them didn't work so they went with * hey, let's fake it* and failed to heed the warnings of qualified attorneys.
Think of it this way Trump supporters, if Trump is so easily swayed on stiff so ridiculous how can he realistically run this country.
IF, he were to win president in '24 he has promised he will do all the *weaponization* much discussed here in no so kind tones.
If your complaint is weaponization of federal law, you would have to reject Trump.
And he were sane, why would he do so many things against the law?

Actually even IF it were “corrupt “, which it’s not, the only “politician” being targeted is TRAITOR tRump. And, calling him a politician is really stretching the definition of the word.

And, I’m pretty sure once he’s tried for his Seditious Conspiracy to overturn Our 2020 presidential election, whether he’s convicted, or not, this American nightmare will stop. At least until TRAITOR tRump commits his next crime.

I agree that trump is the real danger to our democratic system and every real American is disturbed by it.
No other potus or expotus in history has ever acted to overturn the election they lost.
Even Nixon had the courage and respect for the office and the country to accept responsibility for what he did. And his crime was insignificant compared to what trump did. And continues to do.
The fact that any American still supports trump or makes excuses for his situation by blaming others is the true danger to our democratic system.

...as a very casual observer of what's going on in the American political system I can't fathom how Trump is still a viable option as a presidential candidate....I mean it just beggars belief...

Let him who is without sin cast the first stone. Give them a warning and a probation officer and let the past be past. He cannot let his hands from the power like a little boy who always tries to grab the cake.

Dont be too critical and too judgemental.

He is like this nice man who has to confess to his wife he can resist everything just not temptation
