Well- you do have bloviating down pat. We are in a time of declining capacity, literally people are dumbing down. The Mental Health Million Project has published its annual Mental State of the World report, and while there’s been a smaller decline in mental well-being relative to 2020, the US is notably far down on the list. A continuing pattern. In terms of mental health issues- they are occurring among the liberals at a rate twice that of conservatives. IF people were all wise enough to manage their own lives well- we wouldn't be in the shape we are in. If those who couldn't were conservatives, liberal states wouldn't be losing their populations to conservative states. A person with expertise in the area of how and why people think, of which I am one- knows that you can't change people with closed minds, regardless of the facts or the advantages they could have. They only learn through repeated failure- and even then, only some of them learn. The others keep doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results.

To be a judge of honor- you have to be familiar with it. IF you are familiar with it, with the value of it, practice it- you would never support what democrats and the left have become today.
We make ourselves who we are. What you claim to be is hot air, smoke and mirrors, but what you do.... is who you are. You can't hide that from everyone.

The sad part is that most on the left don't realize that the person they're fooling the most- is themselves.

And you can arrive at that conclusion if you ignore half of what you hear, and most of what you would see- but things would be different if you didn't choose to keep your head out of the sunshine.

Yeah ignore the 1000 arrested that went to jail crying, all because of posts like yours that gave them false info. Must be proud of that fact too.

Given the facts, one would only do that to defend the man or party. To those not engulfed in populist bullshit, they're legit legal issues brought upon himself by his own reckless actions.

Wasn't a hoax. Russia wanted Trump to win. Russia tried to help Trump win. At least one Russian agent reached out to conspire with Trump's inner circle. But ultimately, there was insufficient evidence to charge Trump with anything. To investigate it was completely appropriate.

No I don't know this. It seems like a completely legit legal question to me. Far more compelling than Trump's birther bullshit.

Your post really is just another example. Delusional people generally don't know that they are delusional. I don't mean to be too harsh though, people easily believe what they want to believe often.

Even administrative actions MUST comply with both the law and the Constitution. Even you cannot deny that insurrection and rebellion are considered crimes per our law. So. Once again, how is our government able to tell if someone engaged in something that are crimes? Hint: It is not through opinions, or administrative actions.

Is insurrection and rebellion crimes? Yes or no? There is only one answer you can truthfully give.

It was never a political calculation. That's the irony. CNN has certainly been lamenting this irony lately. The guy commits crimes to serve his own interests. If he doesn't manage to delay the cases until he can get rid of them, it will be proven in court. Commit crimes and eventually you get caught, with sufficient evidence this time, particularly if in the spotlight like a politician. His pathetic persecution narrative that so many gullible idiots have fallen for is obviously bolstered by his indictments and now this interpretation of him being ineligible to be president, but these things are happening because of his actions through the lens of the law and nothing else. If anything, it's the conservative judges that he filled the courts with who may try to shield him for partisan reasons. Though fortunately, it does seem most judges take their responsibilities seriously.

Notice how you weaseled out of answering my question? Once again: So in your minds eye the government can hold you accountable for fraud without proving that you committed fraud?

I don't see why. A foreign lawyer with the appropriate knowledge would do better than 99% of American citizens.

My experience on this forum with a foreign lawyer doesn't seem to confirm that, although theoretically you should be correct. But in this case we're not talking about a lawyer.

There is more to the 5th Amendment than the life, liberty clause. Stop trying to ignore the rest of it.

Doesn't matter if its administrative or not. Even administrative actions MUST comply with the laws and the whole of the Constitution. So...once again....Are insurrection and rebellion crimes? Yes or no? When it comes to crimes how is such determined? Can the government hold someone accountable for crimes without at least an indictment? What does the rest of the Constitution say? Not JUST the 14th Amendment Section 3. The whole thing needs to be taken into account. Not JUST the parts that you think suit you.

Yes, that is exactly what happens ... well ... unless convicted.
    TRaitor tRump? Because he was.
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
He was impeached by the House and aquitted by the Senate; in accordance with Article 2 section 4 of the Constitution.
"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
Lying is your thing not mine.

Yes. But crime is not what the Colorado State Supreme Court based it's decision on.

    The trial is for IMPEACHMENT.

My question would be WHAT is YOUR point?

IF tRaitor tRump is acquitted of Impeachment or the Articles of Impeachment what difference does it make to the decision of The Colorado Supreme Court?

None of it went over my head.

IF tRaitor tRump is acquitted of Impeachment or the Articles of Impeachment what difference does it make to the decision of The Colorado Supreme Court?

We've already covered "Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office".

And did the Colorado State Supreme Court hold him accountable for those crimes by denying him the ability to get on the ballot?

Impeachment isn't a crime. Its a process. You can't be acquitted of a process. Impeachment isn't a crime you can be convicted of.
But this is the new Democrat thought process?
    Sad

Geebus. Did you not understand my post at all?

Let me clarify a couple of key points for you.

    1. This was a lawsuit brought against the Colorado Secretary of State, Jena Griswold. It is her office that is responsible for what goes on our ballots. She is the defendant in the case.

    2. The lawsuit was brought not by Democrats, but by a group of Republicans.

Jurisdiction is not a relevant term in this. Colorado, like any other state, has the right to determine their own election processes. I thought you righties favored states' rights. Only when it suits you, am I right?

No, their decision was not based on crime it was based on the fact that he engaged in them and therefore forfeited his ability to hold office.

    BINGO!
    That's what I've been saying.
No, no, no, no. That's not what you've been arguing. It's a new thought process alright. New for YOU.
    Yes, you're duplicity is sad.

BUT! You didn't answer my question.

There can be no finding of fact that he engaged in a crime without a criminal trial. 5th Amendment and 6th Amendment. You've admitted that they are crimes. You cannot get past these facts.
