I'm not the one pretending to be against something simply because of which political party is at the brunt end of it. I gave a hypothetical with no opinion on it, and you got all upset by the very thought of it. Hypocritical and ironic. Remember, this isn't the first time Fani used this electors scheme to prosecute her political opponents. The last time she did it a judge kicked her off the case for ethical reasons and no other prosecutor in the state was willing to pursue it. That's not indicative of a case that has legs and is legally justifiable. That's indicative of a partisan political prosecution.
