That the hope but justice will have it's day. And that's Agent Orange's fear...

How? Because the prosecutor committed a felony associated with prosecuting the case.

Aha! I see. So, if Fani is convicted of robbing a Bank, somehow (yet to be described to me) that adversely affects the rights of Humpty. 1 + 1 = 3. Got it.

Do you seriously contend that if Fani walks (and I don't care if she does,) somehow the prosecution of Humpty will be withdrawn?

themoegal conceot was your post.. I thought it was some highfalutin lawyer speak... my bad...

If you don't understand the significance of the prosecutors committing a felony associated with prosecuting the case, then you must not be a real lawyer, or not a very good one... Do you do slip and fall law?

Would you like to comment on Big Fani and the Wade making trips to the White House?

No... no more games..... if you don't know the implications of Big Fani and Wade taking extravagant vacations off of the tax payer dime when she paid him in excess of the others... then you truly a not a real lawyer...

Do you want to talk about the White House trips?

Would you like to talk about Fani's "get Trump" campaign promises and the motivation for political prosecution?

The payments to outside counsel hired by Fani:

    #1 ~$70K
    #2 ~$90K
    #3 ~$650K+

Coincidentally, the one she's going on vacations with is #3. She's apparently also paid him a lot more than that as of late, but that's the number from the most recent public disclosure. That's a lot of money to pay a personal injury lawyer to put together a RICO trial of an ex-president. Perhaps if she paid a qualified attorney, they could have been more efficient with the taxpayer's money?

What does that have to do with the guilt or otherwise of Humpty?

Trump's not going to walk, he'll need a few pardons. Willis won't be charged with anything, sad for you.

Trump has a unique effect on truly evil folks, posing as respectable office holders, to lure them into self-destruction, by attacking Trump. It's like he is an orange light that the moths cannot resist destroying themselves on. Take "Slap My Big" Fani Willis.

She's a Soros prosecutor who latched onto Trump-hatred train as a career move. Now her career is imploding before our eyes. Her lack of ethics first stripped her of her panties, and now is stripping her of her reputation, likely her job and her law license. There will be a change in prosecutors, probably a change in venue, and with a slightly more rural venue, Trump wins easily, that is, if this shaky pile of crap that this case is, even makes it to a Courtroom.

And in a State that is Trump +7 as will be any fairly drawn Jury.

Trump is well on his way to winning GA in the fall election.

    https://www.realclearpolling.com/polls/president/general/2024/georgia/trump-vs-biden

The big hole in her case? She has no crime. Normally a RICO case is about a crime, like BRIBERY, or ROBBERY, DRUG SMUGGLING, at its center is a black letter crime that squarely is forbidden by the statute. "Love My Big" Fani doesn't have this. She takes perfectly legal acts like acting, speaking, challenging, adds the word "corruptly" like a talisman, and pretends that lawful behavior becomes 'crimes.' And that everyone involved becomes a "conspirator.'

And now it turns out she is the felon, she is the criminal, she is the embezzler, and in a conspiracy to defraud the US and GA taxpayer with her love toy lawyer that she hired to take on Trump, over paid, and he kicked back a portion of the overpayment by taking her on sexvacations and sex getaways, much to the consternation of her lover toy's wife, who has now issued a court order for "Smack My Big" Fani to appear and testify under oath to the exact nation of her relationship with her direct report lover toy lawyer that she hired.

"Pull My Hair And Smack My" Fani's response? We can't expect Black Women to be perfect.

'The one set of enemies Trump has not destroyed is the most dangerous group: the shadowy money-men and Deep State folks to whom he presents the greatest threat. They didn’t take him seriously in 2016 but spent the next four years preparing to defeat him in 2020–and they did. The election was stolen, these people did it.'

So, you were posting stuff you did not understand or can explain?

What does that have to do with the guilt or otherwise of Humpty?

No I am posting stuff YOU should understand as a lawyer... if you do not then please find a good lawyer and have him explain it to you... you are not looking to understand, you are looking to falsely claim the untruths...

Georgia Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee scheduled the hearing for Feb. 15.

and this is a legal document... as a non-lawyer like yourself, you will not understand it... get a lawyer to explain it to you...

.....potential violation of public oath (Ga. Code Ann., § 16-10-1), bribery (Ga. Code Ann., § 16-10-2), improper influence of a government official (Ga. Code Ann., § 16-10-5), criminal conspiracy (Ga. Code Ann., § 16-4-8), conspiracy to defraud government (Ga. Code Ann., § 16-10-21), racketeering (Ga. Code Ann., §§ 16-14-1 through 12), false statements and concealment (Ga. Code Ann., § 16-10-20), Fulton County’s gift ban (Fulton County Code of Laws § 2-69(a)), and similar Georgia public-corruption crimes.

I'll ask again. What has any of that to do with the guilt or otherwise of Humpty?

What guilt? Our system presumes innocence. Now, if you are asking how this will affect the case against him. That has already been told to you numerous times.

Did you not see the words 'or otherwise?'

No, it has not. Not in the least. Tell me how the rights, and what rights, of Humpty have in any way been infringed or adversely affected by (assuming it is true) Wade porking Fani and him shouting her a few trips after being paid for work he did for the State.

This is a goal post moved when the post I responded to had nothing to do with his Rights. But this too has been answered for you in this thread. If a DA/Prosecutor goes after you for political reasons, or to just make money that is a violation of a persons Civil Rights. That is reminiscent of Lavrentiy Beria. And Fani and Wade doing what they have done, has opened the door to make such a case before the courts.

No, sad for you. If Fatty gets off Scot free, it just reinforces the claim that the system is rigged.

You can't complain about people saying the trial is a kangaroo court, if it looks exactly like a kangaroo court...lol

It's been explained ad nauseum. Fatty took kickbacks from a contractor that she hired. That's a felony in The United States.
