The big hole in her case? She has no crime. Normally a RICO case is about a crime, like BRIBERY, or ROBBERY, DRUG SMUGGLING, at its center is a black letter crime that squarely is forbidden by the statute. "Love My Big" Fani doesn't have this. What guilt? Our system presumes innocence. Now, if you are asking how this will affect the case against him. That has already been told to you numerous times.

If a DA/Prosecutor goes after you for political reasons, or to just make money that is a violation of a persons Civil Rights. That is reminiscent of Lavrentiy Beria.
