I didn't kill or ethnically cleanse anybody who may have lived previously where I live now. Neither did my father, nor my grandfather, and that takes us back to before the general acceptance of the inviolability of nations' territory. If you simply accepted the law then you would save yourself a great deal of time and energy attempting to create personalized moral castles which only law-breakers can live in.
