    Yes indeed. Blacks do produce some engineers and architects and computer designers etc, but not enough to build and maintain a technogically advanced country.

    If talking regarding 'africa' it has a population many times bigger than the usa and even europe. In such large societiy the mass of humanity will produce leaders in the field of chosen study.

    "Trend toward smaller families" is right. That would help africa more than anything but blacks are too stupid to see it. They think more people makes the country stronger.!!!! That may be true for a thinly populated nation but once you reach the point where everyone is starving, you obviously need fewer people. Blacks can't see that.

    'The whole of africa' I been to africa, have family there. And if ignore the sterotypes it is a wonderful place to visit.

    It would be for many including myself. I have always excelled in course work. Where i have the time to prepare, study and reach a conclusion (i don't like to be rushed)

    The quick testing method i find just as nightmarish as others would who don't like that form of academic peer review.

    They are not being judged by "the color of their skin".....they are being judged by the size of their brains. In general, studies have reported that East Asians have on average a larger brain size than whites who have on average a larger brain size than blacks........

    How so? What is 'the rationale' for Affirmative Action as you see it?
    And specifically what type of Affirmative Action are you referring to,
    or do you believe all forms of Affirmative Action, regardless of their particular implementation, would lose their rationale?

    Also, when you say, "convince everyone that blacks are mentally inferior," what exactly do you mean?
    That every single black person is inferior to every single white person?
    Or that black people are simply inferior on average?

    And because it kind of ties in with all this, can you answer my other question from before please?
    Do you believe that even the smartest black people are less intelligent than the stupidest of any other race, including whites?
    Yes or no?

    It does not matter what points are made that counter the point that it is all racial, those that wish to see the world in such a misguided way are either going to ignore those points dismiss, or minimize them. There is no room for nuance for these folks only the close minded notion that being black = dumb.
