Look. As I said, I stamped so much crap in my military career it's ridiculous. Including discharge certificates, DD Form 214's, passports, and other official documents. Never, ever were we told what particular stamp to use. I used whatever stamp was at hand. If I couldn't find it I'd go to Supply and get another one.

The PICA stamps that were used by the post office had three compartments in which to put the date stamps in. All day, month and year stamps were the exact same size. All year stamps were made with four digits as mandated by the US Postal Service.

Why does the stamp that was used on obama's draft registration card only have two?

Then show us – in a line (doctored of course) some other stamps from other make believe records. You all see it? Then they go through the part about the stamp itself – how the stamp from 2011 is “exactly” the same as the one that they stamped Barrack’s paperwork 30 years ago… Then put two stamps – Barracks stamp from his paperwork right next to another stamp that looks different.

BUT, you believe that after they doctored Barrack’s stamp, they must have used that “same stamp” on paperwork and tossed it in the files also. Because how did they get Barrack’s stamp on to another sheet with another stamp? Do they have the capability to use a stamp on any piece of paper? Then forge a signature?
