Yeah, right. The Thugvonites want Zimmerman killed because thats the only answer for taking the lean sipping weed loving thug who was beating up bus drivers. This is all I ask. I have some biases but in the end I am not a judge or juror. Zimmerman like anyone deserves a fair trial. What he does NOT deserve is "The Z Deal" where you live a suspect life, execute an unarmed teenager, and then get to stroll out of the police station chewing a stick of gum.

A defendant in a criminal case CANNOT be forced to testify against themselves. Remember the 5th Amendment? The part about "I refuse to answer on the grounds it might tend to incriminate me"?

A spouse CANNOT be forced to testify against their partner - with a limited exception, that being if they are both involved in a conspiracy to commit a crime and/or a fraud. However, Florida does NOT have what is called the "crime-fraud martial exception rule", so Mrs. Zimmerman CANNOT be forced to testify about what she and George may have discussed.

Additionally, presuming that she and/or George is convicted of perjury in the bond hearing instance, the fact of that prior conviction CANNOT be introduced by the prosecution into evidence, unless either one of the Zimmerman's testifies in court.

Please try to comprehend this. You may not like it, but that's the law.

Those "petty lies" as you put it are what judges call "perjury."

It doesn't surprise me the same people that tried to sweep the body of a dead teenager under the rug would also try and see if there is room for some perjury charges.

Z assaulted a young woman he was supposed be providing security for, while at a party. He also had domestic violence with an ex, arrested for assault, and 2 days after the shooting someone called SPD to inform them Z was racist and would start a confrontation.

Do you have any evidence T assaulted a bus driver or is dancing on his grave with false allegations your way of showing respect? Did you buy any of those Trayvon gun range targets or do you make your own?

 

Of course, if he does not testify, it seems to me that he is screwed because we have witnesses stating that he was told not to follow Martin and that Martin did not initiate contact. Nothing from the telephone conversations between trigger boy and 911 or between Martin and his friend support a self-defense claim.

Let's face it.

Trayvon was killed because of other African American male's crimes. Martin was trying to protect his neighbors. Trayvon himself was heading down the same road of doing crimes. If he didn't get killed by Zimmerman, then good chance another African American male would have eventually killed him.

Common. You and I both know it.

 

The women's jewelry is known but irrelevant. About drugs at school, I do not know.

But there would be an official record of the bus driver incident. Find it or forget it.
