Explain this libs. Either it's vote fraud or massive racism on the part of black voters.

In the eyes of racists racism is always the answer.

If the numbers are true- it deserves investigation though.

    That's kinda funny.

Of course a voting block is going to vote for the guy that panders to them, but (*)(*)(*)(*). I guess fraud is a possibility, but who knows.

This is why i don't vote. Vote fraud is everywhere and both parties do it and it will never end since incumbents get more good out of vote fraud than challengers do.

Naturally. From someone who didn't even win his own home state (same for Lyin' Ryan) this is expected.

Do any of you obamabots really believe that not a single person in those prescints voted for Romney?? Not one??? come on,

Here's another one, in some prescints in St Lucie county florida there were move votes counted than people on the voter rolls.

Is stealing elections the way you dems want to control things?? have you no ethics? have you no morals? have you no honor?

Is this what we have become? a nation of cheaters?

It was said here numerous times that if Romney didn't win the election, the election had be to rigged.

Seems this birther type chant continues.

Obama is the elected President of the United States, regardless if any of us like it or not.

    Let's move on

    People aren't stupid in Philadelphia.
They knew what Romney was shovelling and they wanted no part of it.

if the election is proved fraudulent, what would you say? If it is proved that the voting machines in philly were rigged and that the count in Fla was rigged, what would you say?

Why don't you want and honest vote count?

No way. In every group there are miscontents. Out of almost 20,000 people you think there was not one person who voted for Romney just to be a jerk, or as a joke, or out of spite? This is clearly fraud.

Not even the USSR had the temerity to claim 100% support in its pseudo-elections.

    Yes, isn't that great?

Black voters are a lot smarter than what White Supremacists realize!

    Good for Philadelphia!

I guess Romney had "huge rallies" in the wrong side of town!

I bet he had a "huge rally" where I used to live, on the Main Line, in Wayne!
And I bet there SOME people voted for Romney. . .

NOBODY claimed that 100% of Pennsylvania voted for Romney. . .didn't you hear? 46% voted for Romney!

OR its the fact hat NO Republcians voted in those precincts.

The REST of your article explains why, if you wern;t so busy propagandizing!

One ward has ONLY Twelve Republicans registered! Could you blame those Republicans for feeling like its a waste of time to vote? The newspaper found MOST of those 12 no longer existed.

I don't have a precinct by precinct (divisions) count but in Philidelphia County, which is also the city of Philidelphia, President Obama received 557,024 votes and Romney only received 91,840 votes. There are over 1,687 voting divisions (precincts) and some may only represent a very small number of voters within a single neighborhood so the fact that 59 of them only registered votes for Obama is not really all that unusual. Romney, as noted by the total votes for each candidate, had virtually no support in Philly.

When a candidate only recieves slightly more than 14% of the total vote, which is what Romney received, we can assume that a lot of people were voting against him.

Black people are monolithic when it comes to politics...sort of like a herd.
