listening and acting are two different things. i watch action movies but i ain't about to run down the street and really use an ak on everyone. you guys really follow through on what rush says. don't you think that's twisted? plus what he believes in is way off what the usa stands for.

You claim to be an analyst, so you tell us what exactly the usa stands for. Btw, Rush has never been wrong about anything during my 24 years or so of listening to the most in-tuned political savant on the airwaves.

    What about NAFTA creating jobs???

What about Bush tax cuts creating jobs???

The only reason people think he is always right is because he tells them he is....and people believe him....those with no memory.

Hoo boy, another one of those "Right-wing pundit/politician X has never ever been wrong" types.

    Here's his politifact file: http://www.politifact.com/personalities/rush-limbaugh/

    Among his whoppers:
    - Obamacare biggest tax increase in the history of the world (Reagan (*)(*)(*)(*) near had larger tax increases
    - Bane, the Batman villain, was created to spite Romney (Bane was created in the 90s and had nothing to do with corporatism or banking)
    - Obama wants to mandate circumcision (I still have my foreskin)

So okay, maybe he's never been wrong, per se, if you want to separate "wrong" and "false" by determining that statements that were intentionally dishonest were not technically "wrong". But that doesn't speak in his favor, as it means that every time he's said something wrong, which is often, he lied.

And then there's the whole Sandra Fluke case. Look, I'm sorry, but if that wasn't an eye-opener, nothing ever will be. We're talking about a situation where he essentially went on a week-long misogynistic tirade against a woman whose sole crime was to testify in front of congress about the medical benefits of birth control pills, a testimony that really should have had a gynecologist or obstetrician up at the stand rather than some college student. He completely misrepresented what she said, made sexual references that would have been considered inappropriate by even a 14-year-old kid on Newgrounds, and spent an entire week attacking her, and all other women on birth control, as sluts. Some people apparently took him seriously.

Rush does not run the GOP.

    He runs a radio program.

    And the EIB Network.

And Two If By Tea. http://twoifbytea.com/

If Obama created as many jobs as Rush has it would be a step in the right direction.

He lost me when he said that the republicans should focus completely on making sure Obama can not get a single good thing done from 2008 to 2012 so they can blame Obama for his "failures" and help secure a GOP victory in 2012.

Not what Rush said at all. What he said over and over again was that he hoped obama would fail. Since obama didn't fail we are left with the worse economic condition our nation has seen since the Great Depression. Now if obama had failed to implement his socialistic policies including obamacare--then America would have been at least temporarily saved from this current economic holocaust. Rush was right on again.

The only thing that would have saved us from this "current economic holocaust" was Bush not stealing the election in 2000 and not somehow being put back in office for a second term.

Rush must have some working brain still - even though half of it is fried with oxycontin and as he says - tied behind his back - but AFAIK, he supported Bush and the wars and the tax cuts - everything that put us where we are. He has also worked to ensure that Obama "fails" - knowing that if the president fails, the country is seriously affected, too. It doesn't matter to him if the country fails or not - he has enough money to be all right no matter what happens - and he could care LESS about those of you who listen to him so faithfully and embarrass yourselves by defending him when he does something as stupid as what he did to Sandra Fluke.

Rush has huge influence. No one else can BS so many millions into voting against their own interests. If Rush dies, so does the GOP!

You added the "good" to this. Rush is convinced any policy Obama would implement is bad.

The GOP predates Rush by approximately 120 years and will likely outlive him as long as there is a United States. This is just stupid.

I agree, voting against free stuff is not in one's self interest, that is unless you have a longer view than just the next year. Seems that ruining the country isn't a big deal if you get free stuff.
