Why should we have to care which civil Persons in our republic have some grievances to petition for redress?

 

I don't look up to any mortal as being a hero. GOD is my hero. But if I were to look up to a man as being a hero of sorts, I would surely look toward a David Duke then I would toward your hero obama.

 

It depends on who you ask. Judaism is definitely a religion, but there are ethnic Jews and converts to Judaism.

Some ethnic Jews follow Judaism, while others follow other religions or don't have a religion.

So, being Jewish can be a religious practice, an ethnicity, or both.

 

In my opinion, we should be able to "free ride" on privileges and immunities already established by civil Persons of wealth in our republic.

Jack seems to be a lefty on economics but is pretty far to the right on some social issues.

Some people that are often mistaken as simply left-wing are actually pretty right-wing on certain things.

The Nazies were a good example. They were national socialists, so they had elements of left-wing economics mixed with far right wing social views..

In the case of Israel, many left wingers make the mistake of assuming that the Palestinians are automatically in the right on everything just because they're the underdogs.

The truth of the matter is that there are good people and bad people both among the Israelis and Palestinians, but that doesn't fit neatly into any given ideology other than maybe common sense.

Supporting the oppressed can be noble, but it becomes naivete and often prejudice when taken to the point of making said people saints.

Admittedly, some of this has been done with the Holocaust as well.

I was thinking of the left out in the world, not on these forums.
