    No need to now. The State has played GZ's testimony so the jury has GZ's story without having to deal with any cross-examination. A win for the defense.

    The odds are that there are some blacks and guilt-riden white liberals who are a sure vote to convict.

    Assume there is one or two who women who are not left-wingers.

    They have to think about the danger to their family from black radicals like the New Black Panthers so the best Zimmerman can hope for is a hung jury.

    And only then if one or two jurors are willing to risk their lives for a man they do not even know.

    It's pretty much reality. Thugvon was a racist, thought GZ was a "creepy ass cracker". He was seen on top of the "creepy ass cracker" beating him. GZ has corroborating injuries, and Thugvon's assault was stopped by a bullet. Classic self-defense, with a bonus of having Thugvon's motive for assaulting GZ: he was racist filth.

    (*)(*)(*)(*) with that nonsense. Martin was being followed by a wanna-be-cop who had a gun and did not identify himself as a cop. I'm not black, so drop the whole race angel. If my son was being followed the way Martin was, I would have wanted him to subdue Zimmy.

    Two police investigators so far:

    "No major inconsistencies. Nothing of concern".

    That is a slam dunk. Local legal expert just said it is the biggest slam dunk so far, as it means that Zimmerman's recorded statements (testimony) cannot be impugned by the Defense.

    The educated and professionals see this as a big win today for the Defense, allowing george to tell his story with out having to face cross examination. YIKES! Big mistake by the state showing the interview. BLUNDER CITY

    No O'Mara is determining that Zimmerman's statements have no
    inconsistency.The First female Police officer confirms that.
    Plus now enough evidence has ben offered and not involving heresay
    that Zimmerman will NOT have to take the stand.
    That is what the State was banking on.That Zimmerman's statement
    has inconcistency and he'll have to take the stand and clear them up.
