head investigator just said that it looked like zimmerman had acted in self defense, ok travonites spin that one into a positive for the prosecution

Except for the part where Zimmy says Martins arms were undeneath him when he left him dead .. then in the walkthrough he said he spread them out ...

Absolutely not. GZ got his story in to the record and there is no reason to expose defense witnesses to the state to do what the state has done for the defense.

Even more so considering his participation in neighborhood watch...or do you not believe people have the right to band together to prevent crime, to look out for suspicious persons and to help the police prvent crime or apprehend criminals.....you see how lame your approach is?

prove " inconsistency ".O'Mara ISN'T Looking for " inconsistency " because thus far there
aren't any.He is attempting to have Investigator Serino {who job it is to
pick apart Zimmermans version } tell the courtroom that No,there weren't
any Inconsistency.Serino already admitted there were no major inconsistency.

 

The jury loves O'Mara.

 

O'Mara almost violated the motion in limine. Clearly, he's given up hope and pushing for a mistrial.

 

For chrissakes. Z said M was alive when he left. Alive when he got on top of him and pulled his arms out. And M may well have been still alive. He could have still moved his arms. We will never know, as M was not pronounced dead for another 10 minutes or so.

The contention is that Serino and the other detective confused Zimmy .... and that because Zimmy was traumatized he may have not be *responsible for what Zimmy said*

 

Absolutely correct..............nothing in Serinos testimony at all that would help support the states charge of second degree murder or even manslaughter. Case Closed.

 

O'Mara just got the lead investigator to say that he believed it was self defense. It doesn't get any worse for the Prosecution.

Simply goes to the shooting death recreation ... how could Martin be this way or that way if Zimmy fired upwards and where Martin was reaching for his weapon ... there should be no confusion about this ... and where Zimmy picks and chooses what he remembers in great detail then has amnesia in seemingly damning portions ...

 

No, he didn't. He said it could be a an element of a defense. Which it is. AT TRIAL. Hence, GZ should have been arrested from the beginning.
